"Are you seeing uncomfortably high oil temperatures during normal driving or towing? Does your 2017+ Powerstroke seem to have high transmission temperatures? There's finally an engineered solution for those high fluid temps on your 6.7L Powerstroke! After extensive testing and consideration of the 6.7L Powerstroke application SPE has engineered a thermostat to combat high fluid temperatures. The OEM thermostat opens at 194/201°F whereas the SPE Low Temp, High Flow Thermostat opens at 175/180°F. That's a significant decrease in temps as it's a 19-21 degree difference! The solutions currently available on the market for controlling your coolant, oil, & transmission temperatures* (17+ only) are not cost effective or actual solutions to a simple problem."
After running this product for a few weeks in both my 2014 f350 dually and 2020 F550 service truck, I can confirm that this does in fact lower transmission temps in my f550/10r140 and in both units the coolant temp range stays 175f - 195f vs the 200f - 230f that I was seeing previously with my F550.

The guys at SPE are a bunch of jerk offs. My return line broke this morning at the fuel filter and pumped almost half a tank of fuel all over my truck and road. Fucking Ford garbage. Black Gold Diesel got me all fixed up though.
I'd recommend getting a vacuum filler for the cooling system saves a ton of time and way easier, once i used it for the first time i never wanted to go back haha
So I just broke the Bolt at the bottom of the coil spring that holds it in place. You have any suggestions on fixing that? It's almost slid off completely.
Drill/extract the broken bolt out

Why? Buy tuber yourself, delete yourself, ford guys 😂 Fords delete process is the most efficient and owner friendly process you could own. Save your dad some money and work on your own gear
@Gilmore304 did you even watch the video, only part of the delete that wasn't done by myself, is i took the truck to Am Diesel Performance and they did the tuning at their shop. At the time of filming this video the only option for tuning was bench flashing the ecu, yes the 17-19 powerstrokes are able to be tuned remotely with a ezlynk, but the 2020 and up still require a ecu bench flash
DO NOT OIL! ! Grease with petroleum or any seize the flanges on nuts.

Zero unless you do a egr delete, then there's 2
@@BanackIndustries Zero!!?! So if the EGR stays physically intact and no SOTF, no plugs need to be disconnected? So strange. Lots of different opinions. Seems like there’s no 100% way. Depends on how your tune was written maybe?
Here's the deal, I've had 2 2020 6.7 powerstrokes, this f350 and my F550 that's in recent delete videos, both units I went and had both amdp engine and transmission tuning flashed on the trucks, then without unplugging or removing anything from them, drove them 1hr + home both times, the only reason you remove everything and unplug items is to prevent a short in the system over time if they fail

I did a 5” flopro on my 17 ccsb 6.7 ford and it fit horribly for me. It wasn’t expanded at all so I had to flare everything and pound it all together. Was very disappointed. But my dirty diesel egr and CCV delete was amazing.
I've never had a issue with a flopro setup and or ever heard of that, must have been a Monday made pipe 🤔
@@BanackIndustriesyeah everyone I talked to said they slip in nice and easy but it was awful. Emailed flopro about it and they didn’t say anything back. Took me nearly 4hrs to get it installed. And I had the DPF out in 45min.

Any issues with the hub centric lug nut? They scare me hauling weight like these trucks
Hub centric nuts are the flange style that just provide clamping force and then the weight of the unit is transferred to the wheel with the Hub / pedestals, it is the strongest available setup and how all newer semi and most 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks are from factory
I have used harness seat belts many times before
We can’t keep the Sailuns(?) on our fleet of 18 wheelers. They don’t last. Ended up going back to Michelins Great set up though!

My 17 f350 6.7 dually is deleted with everything still on my truck. I plug welded egr pipes to block them off and gutted the dpf ran a straight pipe inside and reinstalled. To inspect my truck visually it still has factory emissions intact. I call them my SNEAKY PIPES 😂😂. I did do a DPF back Banks exhaust and cold air intake also. I wasn't looking for a 1000 hp lol. I only wanted it to be really reliable and just just benefit from the add power of just being able to Breathe.
Definitely a option doing it that way and has been done that way many times by different shops

My F250 hits the bump stop HARD for any little bump on the driver side. I thought it was the shocks so I changed them out for ranchos and it dampened the blows abit. It's been like 10 months and it's back to hitting the frame hard. I hate it, I'm guessing it's the coils springs.

@@BanackIndustries thanks for replying! So I've been looking for new coil springs, any suggestions. I know it won't be as smooth as a Cadillac but something close would be nice. Also it's stock but everything I find seems to have a lift from 1.5" to 6" ..
@noeeon9910 there is lots of people that have stock coils sitting around after lifting newer trucks, the coils are the same all the way 2005 - 2023, even go take to a local dealership they might have some sitting around or they tossed in the scrap bin

Had lot of sputter/cut out problems, checked plugs, changed clutch weights, changed muffler sensor, still cut out at around 7000 rpm, fuel pressure regulator popped out of place the grey plastic clip on it broke, and a wire was broke on the fuel pump, got a new one on the way finally cant wait to get the part
