Great video. I have been flying the P4P v1 since 2017 for PBSNC. It still does the job for me. I thought you mentioned there was a con in regards to the smart controller. Where are your comments in regards to the cons in the video? I am considering purchasing a refurbished one in the future if it works with the P4P v1.
Thanks
I don’t like the “smart controller” that comes for the phantom line. I prefer the actual smart controller v1 that works for the mavic 2 series, paired with the p4p v2. It works so good with the phantom.
@@MrEddieNunez I cannot use it because I have the P4P v1. thanks
Flying in built up urban areas doing inspection here, will never choose a p4 if there are other choices. It can’t hold gps signal as good as even the mini. Also not being able to withstand higher wind speeds means i have to fight more when there are funnelling issues
p4p v2.0 is actually pretty good in wind and position hold.
@@MrEddieNunez i’ve used the p4p v2, it’s still not as good as the mavic in my situations, especially the enterprise versions
What's a good free android app i can use with this? I just bought a used one, but how can I also tell if it's if it's the Phantoms 4 Pro or regular Phantom 4?
Look at the menu, under about for your drone model
I have a buddy selling his to me for $500 only thing wrong is the sensor in the back is broken. Is it an easy fixed and worth buying
Obstacle sensor?
Am a new beginning so how am I going to link the rc to machine
Press the link button on the drone and on the remote go to the menu.
Nice video, Eddie. 👍 BTW: You should buy ANYTHING if you can get it at an incredible price. That's what "Flipping" is all about.
Boom!
6:07 as an fpv pilot, this looks convincingly like FPV footage, was it really shot on the phantom 4 pro? Is it just 'fpv mode' where the gimbal banks with turns?
It’s a clip from an FPV drone
I was thinking the same, I was like dam that footage looks swaggy 😂
I fly nothing but , not too big , camera is great , flown for 6 years total and p3 p4 excellent
Locked out of my original controller for my Phantom 4. Is there any way I can still use it? The app won't support it?
Great video Thank you
Very welcome
how you like this drone but have issues with the inspire 2
This is a mini inspire Harry. Its so good! Connection is rock solid on this and better battery performance.
hello everybody I have a phantom 4 and need to use a tablet what is the compatible tablet in 2024 ? thank you for your reply
iPad
Super drone phantom 4 ❤🥰👍🏻🤛🏼📽😍💪🏼
The best!
Great review, Love
mine and can’t part with it,
Me neither
Is it OK to buy pre-owned phantom 4 Pro?
Yes, however check for stress cracks on the body, especially near the arms.
@@MrEddieNunez OK....Thanks a lot
The drifting issues is not your fault its the v2.0 version that has yaw drifting dji replaced a few of them for me .....after an while they do start drifting again the v1.0 didnt had this issue thats why i stopped flying them but my credits to the sony sensor
Drifting makes this guy tough to fly
Im still using the drone in 2024
You reminded me to take mine up for a warm up session
I have a question. Just what exactly does my P3's and P4's need to do that they can't?
??
Good video 😊❤
Thanks 😁
my remote batt. stop working 2 month after pur. sucks
That’s not good
i want to be camera man but no where to get money to buy my one drone help me
I need help too
6years n still flying
Beast!
I totally agree with all the points you have made in your video. However I was expecting some Focus to be placed on the sound Factory. Adult this size has been found to be very loud and thereby attracting a lot of unwanted attention. What is also the main reason why the miniseries is selling for so much over these larger series. Great video all in all
It is pretty loud, but I kind of like it.
The footage is stunning and that mechanical shutter is rare in the drone world. I totally see why you hold on to it
The only reason; a mechanical shutter. Period. Mine is still mapping weekly.
It’s such a beast
do u recommed me buying the rtk version
@@samuela775 At this stage of the drone game, if you have the money for an RTK P4P V2, pop the extra few bucks and the the Mavic 3 Enterprise with the RTK module.
I fly my P4PV2 more than my M3.
So awesome 👏
It is now remote id
indeed it looks like refrigerator :D
The Phantoms are 100% Karen magnets.
Buy?
Buy!
Wait are not supposed to still own these very expensive drones we paid for?
Well, Remote ID might change things for these older drones.
I sold mines. After that new update camera look like shit
I disagree. No issue with the cam.
I have one that I want to sell
2:54 "hand catching"? That is not a reason. Every dji drone is easy to catch. Absurd reason to buy an outdated design. Mechanical shutter yes. Good reason. Hand catching? Reaching...
Listen, in a moving boat- you tell me which drone you prefer to hand catch, a foldable drone or one you can grab?
Dude get real....years years years ago old tecnology. Camera not nearly as clear as even a Mini 2. No support from the manufacturer for batteries or anything else. Still a good flyer though.
So why do the professional still use it? 😉
Nonsense. The camera has a 1 inch sensor and still provides great footage. Definitely better than Mini 2. I have always prefered using it over the Mavic 2 pro. More detail and sharpness.
It's a dinosaur, it's loud and obnoxious! Mavic 3 is quiet compared to this drone
It’s a work horse with an amazing mechanical shutter.
Nobody needs that crap anymore
Nah, still one of the best drones on the market
😮
@@MrEddieNunez Mavic series are much better. No need to mount the propellers (waist of time)
Inspire 2 have mounted props 👀 and inspire 3 will also
@@MrEddieNunez Mavic 3 has a 4/3 CMOS sensor. Is enough.
Still got my P4PV2 in the air in 2023!
It is still a beast!!!
