Hi Clint, I’d love to see a list of some exercises to get started, especially for someone who isn’t exercising currently. Yoga classes or any class setting are not appealing to me due to Covid but, I have ample room at home and am open to adding equipment if I knew what would be most helpful in the beginning. Thank you for your insight.
I have some RA damage (popping joints) in my shoulders & elbows. I can't use free weights, but I found the exercise bands are perfect. Actually Tom Brady uses them for his TB12 method. I watched some James Grage - Undersun Fitness videos and I just got started. It seems to allow the joint more freedom of movement than traditional weights. I hope this information helps with those who want to exercise safely. Good luck..

I have had episode of urticaria recently. Took Avil 25mg and citrizine. I just had beet once I felt better, but I am getting this burning sensation in the stomach which doesnt subside since last 3/4 days. irrespective of whether I am eating / not eating. Any tips here? any one
well i was told back in november i have RA, but this thing is destroying my whole body inside and out. from my toes to my brain. exercise only makes me feel worse. it's as if my body is shutting down and cells aren't rebuilding/repairing. I have so much pain in muscles and joints the next day or two after trying to do simple things. did 15 pushups and my left forearm and wrist was locked in pain the following morning and that lasted for two days. I've suddenly started losing weight since november also. seems the inflammation is affecting my digestion and absorbtion. I'm also seeing thousands of nodules develop in my tissues/muscles and around my joints. i think they're in my heart, organs and brain why i'm having these crazy scary painful sensations in my head. mostly left side but i can feel it spreading and i was so active and fit before this suddenly started last august so most of the weight i lost was muscle. from 160 to 137 :(
My Time Is from 9 to 10 every morning.. except from 10 to 11 if I go to the Gym.. I love my Absolute hot yoga which I follow from you tube.!..as regards sweating I only reach that on my sauna..
