Excellent video. We are both in our 80's and feel better than ever! Years ago we both REVERSED life-threatening illnesses by switching to a whole-food plant-based diet. We are doing some research for our tiny new healthy-aging advice TH-cam channel. Learned a lot. Thank you!
I needed to hear this again today Clint, for the stream of life has taken a hold on me in the past 18 months, beating me up tremendously. I will download this "must do " list today and once more take on the task of healing. Never, ever giving up. I remember the interview we had in 2017 about family considerations. This is still a major hurdle in my life. I cannot make my family unterstand how serious this illness is. My 3 sons have always seen mom as some kind of super hero who will manage somehow in the midst of adversary. So they still eat the standard western diet and I prepare it for them. The bad foods are always around me in the house. But of course those so called bad foods are everywhere in my environment. Germany is known for It's cuisine and baked goods. I can see only one way out for me, and that is to built psychological strathegies and to put on an invisible helmet to shield me from these food temptations and to overcome food adictions by stoic forward movement and to connect with like minded people. Thank you so much for your work Clint. 💖👍
Clint, you have helped me dramatically to reduce my pain, meds, and get back to working full time. I have had inflammatory polyarthritis - worst in my hands for 4+ years. I have gotten to more manageable levels with the diet/lifestyle change, vitamins and Bikram (4x a week) you suggest. Would love to thank you over a chat some day! I have so much respect for you. Thank you for what you do.
Thanks so much Clint for surfacing this really critical information. I had been going hard at exercise (and methotrexate ) and was making progress .. Super motivated but was lacking in knowledge. But no one mentioned the importance of gut health to me…. Nor these studies. So you’ve raised the bar on what I expect for my health now. I’m now ready to start the next phase and really fix the diet
God bless you Clint! I've had some good days and I've had some bad days, but overall I continue to have hope as I trust God and strive to make changes in my life! God bless you!
@@mouzaza70 yes. 15 mg of prednisone daily for the past six years. Ugg. Now I have osteoarthritis and still deteriorating. Wish I could sew up 💋 together and stop eating the wrong food. So angry with myself that I can't follow the diet. Feel like such a lover.
Sincere motivation for us Clint, from the heart and from your personal experience of RA , and your years of study to help yourself live a good healthy life.... and it worked! You are proof that what you say works... you look fabulously healthy considering what you've been through and your three beautiful children too. ....and still working on it... thanks as alwaysX
points 3 and 4 are very important, it's very easy to let the day get crowded and not do the things that you need to do especially if not in pain or some improvement got - it's also easy to skip days/weeks and get complacent but systemic inflammation really is like the wild animal that needs respect or it can flare up when you least expect it
On the exercise front, would you recommend running? I inline skate to eliminate standard negative impact involved with running and joints. Inline skating (or rollerskating) is such a great hybrid exercise.
Reassuringly, studies show that running does not worsen osteoarthritis in the knees even when done regularly. So if you can run then run, it can be euphoric to run and there are tremendous health benefits to all strong exercise. If the running hurts any inflamed joints (swollen, hot, or red joints) then try a different form of exercise :-) Swimming and yoga are tremendous alternatives
Cantaloupe :-) 98% of Americans eat less than RDI of potassium! There is no upper limit to dietary intake of potassium, aim for a whole cantaloupe every day for a week and let me know how you feel please.
Hello Clint , it’s always a treat to watch your videos :) . I love the way you explain things, simple and informative:) .I wanted to know if you have heard about Dr. John Sarno’s work and TMS. I would love to hear your perspective on that.
Bang On The Money Clint. Speak to many people who didn't find you and relied on "the system" until they end up in a real state, bone on bone etc....ouch.
Thanks Clint. Having a hard time currently and I am at the verge of getting medicines. Something I am delaying for at least 2 years now. Stopped on dairy and lowered on meat and sugar intake but it is hard to follow through (not taking things with sugar in it). I am afraid that if I don’t take medicine now, my joints will be damaged permanently. I wonder if the PP will really bring the effect...

You don't know the specific case. It might be that a person can have mechanical damage caused by RA, if the condition isn't nipped in the bud within weeks or a few months.
@@conniegullo6108 one thing I would say is that I wouldn't advise people to run or jog whilst trying to reverse arthritis, I believe that could end very badly on a per case basis.
@@bangroad4059 the issue is IMO that you need to catch RA very early before mechanical damage ensues to the meniscus (if in knees) and joint interfaces....

He’s not. Sells a lot of hope, smoke and mirrors but no one gets rid of it all together with his ‘therapy’
