- This little guy started out in Fall and jumped all the way to the holiday season before we were done. In this easy gnome video tutorial, I will use a Dollar Tree cone, a boot ornament, and a thrift store sweater (sleeve only) to create this adorable DIY gnome.

Thanks - sometimes the ones that create themselves are the best.
Cute! He is very cute!
So, apparently I didn't have the notification bell turned on, and I've missed SO MANY GNOMES!! But I'm good now. I do think this is my favorite voice over ever 🤣🥰
Welcome back! ❤️❤️❤️
3:19 I still have my lint roller handy, and that’s because it’s what I’ve used for messes in the craft room for a long time. I did buy the cutest hand held, round little vacuum that works really quick on all the lint, and strings on my crafting table.
You’re funny. Thanks
I try. Thanks for watching!
I love him- he's a cutie! Thanks fior the video
You are so kind, thank you for watching along :)
Oh my heck, he's absolutely adorable!! I love your voice-overs! 😂 This made my whole week!! And you've got a lot more of that sweater left over, so you can make him some nice, happy friends. 🥰
Thank you so much and um... I might have the entire thing mapped out already. Was going to attempt an ACTUAL Fall gnome next with it. LOL

I’m also from Texas San Antonio Antonio I know now hot it gets I’m in Florida,Jacksonville and it’s always raining here but I’m going to try to make the gnome myself lol
You should definitely try and girl, FL has its own weather patterns - I can never figure them out!
What a cutie. You do such amazing gnomes, in addition to so many other wonderful things..
Awww thank you so much, Dottie. :)
Adorable!! And you, my dear, crack me up! 😂
Ready to move back to washington
I sure do miss a lot of things about Washington but, with so much family here, we'll be staying for now. :)
I love it cute ❤

Aww, thank you so much for the kind words. :)
Sarah you are so funny. You make me smile. Your Christmas gnome is adorable. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful day.
Thank you so much - I really appreciate you watching along today.
Love it! I have to find those shoes so I can make him!
All the big box stores will have them but so will the dollar stores (I always look there first).
Sarah you are so cute. You have a great personality! ☮️🌍🌲
Aww thanks so much :)
When I was nursing I worked in the ER where they had disposable suture kits , and they would throw the hemostats away! That was so wasteful! I collected some that were in a trash bin, sterilized them, and waalaa, free tools! Other buses soon caught on, and did the same to rescue the poor tools!
☮️🌍🌲
Thank you for your tutorial. My only disconserting question is how did you make the boots? I couldn't find any instructions. Again thank you.
Great job as usual! I love him, adorable. Does his belly stick out because of where you placed the dowels? The rotund gnomes are my fave. Lol the tall skinny ones just dont make me as happy. Thanks for all you do!
LOL Yes, when you drape the fabric over (with the seam) in combination with the positioning of the body on the boots, that gives you one rotund belly. LOL
your voice over ....won me over
Did you drink a couple cups of coffee before you did the voice over? You sound more energized during this video! 👍💗😉
"If you have hemostats, those will work as well . . . why do you have hemostats?" 😂 I love this little guy, but I also love your voice-overs! You totally made my day with this one. 😍🎄
97 today to hot for me in washington
You haven’t the measurements.
The measurements I used are in the video (6.5” for hat, for example).
The measurements will actually depend on the cone you’re using.
