Each episode just keeps getting better and better
The good news about them not showing everything in Boba Fetts time with the Tuskan raiders is that whenever the writers have a mental block or need more time to produce a current story line, we can always be taken back to the past for interesting filler episodes, Naruto style! And you know there is an interest because I still have a hard time accepting that BF's BFF tribe was completely wiped out, especially the kid. I wouldn't be upset if a filler episode had Din Djarin find the kid Tuskan abandoned after the masacre, and, not having Grogu anymore, he adopted the kid as a Mandolorian youngling.
Wookies and Trandoshians are Mortal Enemies. They enslaved wookies.
I'm sure your Star Wars song at the beginning was just improvised, but it sure reminded me of Bill Murray's Star Wars song (old SNL)... :)
When you hear that Mando theme playing at the end of the episode. You know the Dad of the year is coming. GOOSEBUMPS!!!

This storytelling and the flashbacks make sense now that he got involved so quickly with Din Jarin saving Grogu. Fennec says, “the Tuskans made you soft” and he goes on to explain that he found a tribe and it made him strong and made him realize things about family and community. Let’s not forget, he’s also an orphan himself, and Fennec directly knows he has a little sister out there (Omega) or is at least putting that together. So many gaps filled in with very little dialogue. Flash forward/backward to Mando ep 4, “I will help you find your child” YES! Soft Boba is even more dangerous Boba because he had found his tribe and lost his own little Tuskan buddy! So good!
The reason why Krssantan hates Trandoshans is because they enslave wookies for fun and sell them or kill them as a sport... lets just say he has a history in defending his homeworld from them.
Ahhhhhh I was wondering why he attacked them for no reason. I literally threw my hands up like wtf?
@@Ant-bm1qk Yeah in the Clone Wars there is an entire episode where they hunt Wookies just for sport. Hopefully though we can see this dynamic develop if Bossk arrives and tries to work with Krssantan and Boba.

Wookiee’s and Trandosians (however you spell their names) are bitter rivals and they hate each other. Every time they see each other they want to kill each other. In the 1st episode you can see a Trandosian bring a youngling Wookiee’s hide to Boba

He didn't committ suicide though...he is at Boba's palace during the meeting at the end , he runs out from under the table when the rancor makes it's presence known.

Hope the Mando theme means multiple bounty hunters and not just him. Mando, BK, and Boba is a great trio but if they bring in Bane or Bossk it would be awesome
Awesome idea but BK and bossk being on the same team sounds kinda problematic because of the rivalry between Wookiees and trandoshians
Bane would be...interesting. It would canonize a lot with him, especially a different direction than what fans have understood "happened" to him. Plus, this is set 28 years after the events of "The Bad Batch" series, where we last saw him, and he was looking much damaged and older then. (That damage may already suggest a canon change) I'd really like to see Cad Bane in live-action, the character really deserves it. I just wonder if it would be in "Kenobi" where the timeline is set closer to "The Bad Batch". As to Bossk...yessss. I just wonder how he'd get along with Krrsantan. Those two races do not get along.
Love that idea, but Bossk and BK is a bad idea because they're gonna hate each other. Bane is gonna be old but it could still work.
I don't think it's a good idea to bring in Bossk. They'd have to keep an eye on him and BK around the clock to keep them from killing each other.
@@otakuwolf4ever985 But that would be good storytelling. Have BK and Bossk on this same team but they hate each other the entire time. That could lead to some great moments. Maybe even a betrayal. Dengar should also show up

Awesome episode. This has to be one of the best so far. Loved how they wrapped up the last bits of the flashbacks with the tie ins to Mando, and we now have Boba at 100% power. All trailer/teaser footage has now been covered, and we are definitely up for interesting cameos and war!
Remember BK was angry at that race, they enslaved Wookiee’s. Great episode!!! Love it.

Those Trandoshans gave Boba a Wookie felt for tribute. Understandable BK hates those race that skin his kind.
Last week was Danny Trejo now we got Thundercat making a cameo!
I've been waiting for this reaction episode was so good. Can't wait to Mando I got so excited when the Mando theme played.
I was like: “Hey that’s Thundercat!” Sounds like he played on the background music too. 🎶
One final thought I had later on this episode, and why I loved it so much, is that it's a jam-packed love letter to American cinema in general.
You've got a hodgepodge of so many different movie genres, in here :
- Cyberpunk at the doctor scene,
- Art movies in the dialogues scenes between Boba and Fennec, long and contemplative in the desert,
- Espionnage à la James Bond when they go stealthily in Jabba's palace,
- Over the top Home alone family comedy with the kitchen scene,
- War movie when Boba obliterates the bikers gang,
- horror movie à la Alien above the Sarlacc,
- Rambo with the traumatized war vet savagely riping off civilians in half,
- and "I'm gonna make you an offer you can't refuse" Godfather moment in the last supper moment with al the capos,
- and finally, the musical cues, that were just brilliant use of audio storytelling on top of the visual one !
Sure, not all of them were brilliantly executed, nor really compatible with each other but still... All of these, combined in just 40 mere minutes, you had a whole resume of american cinema !
That was some serious cinematic flex !
And just for this thing alone, I applaud the performance !
This director, Kevin Tancharoen, singlehandedly shown that Star Wars could be applied to every single genre of movies, not just samurais, space opera or western (like the Mandalorian)... but all of them ! In one single 40 minutes episode !
He will go places ! He knows cinema history, and I'm really eager to see where he'll go next.
I Genuinely Loved this episode. It emphasizes the bond between fennec and bobba. Cant wait for The BIG* Cameos to start happening!!!
Notice the mention of your “tribe” and the front and center symbol of the Foundling on his shoulderpad… Poor Pykes about to be abused by a bunch of Mandalorians!

I was disappointed last week, but today's episode went a long way in addressing the issues I had.
I am going to take a moment to thank Greg and John. These guys have so much fun themselves that it inspired me to do the same. Before I saw them, I was scared of what other people thought of me. But now, I am not afraid of being myself, and I have the Reel Rejects to thank for it. You guys are the best! Keep up the good work.
If they don't bring in Din Djarin, I think it would be cool if Fennec introduced Boba to the Bad Batch. They'd be old as fuck with the enhanced aging, but it would be really cool to see Temuera play 6 different characters on screen.
I really enjoyed this episode a lot more than usual, I really enjoyed how long the flashbacks were as well as how boba saved fennic and how their partnership started. I also enjoyed them planning to get slave 1 back, as well as boba finally destroying that gang that I forgot the name of on the speeders😂 but what REALLY caught my eye was the music at the end, I’m expecting something pretty big in the next few episodes!!!! When I say huge I mean huge, possible mando collab‼️‼️
I know TV shows are at an all time high now, but please don't forget Superman and Lois season 2 😇

Boba must have really been out of it when he escaped the Sarlacc and when those Jawa’s stole his armor if he doesn’t remember making it out with all of his armor or it being stolen.
Yeah, seems like an error in the writing/script.
This show keeps getting better and better and that music at the end basically says Mando is gonna be in the show

Din Djarin, after parting from Grogu, is now working in a Mos Espa cantina's kitchen, in full armour, over which he's wearing a dirty apron, flipping burgers, depressed that he's back on his own, not having or not knowing his path.... - in walks....BOBA FETT!

- I have a lot of credits
- - Still silent, flips another sizzling burger
- Every man needs a tribe...
- - (A beat) - Mando pauses mid flip, puts down the spatula, takes off the apron, (another beat), nods

The scene with BK made total sense. He had a really bad week, was in his cups, and saw a bunch of Trandosians, who classically and cannonically hunt Wookiees for sport

I wonder how much time has pass present time since season 2 and if Mando has been practicing with the Saber if not then he'll use his new Beskar spear staff and whip some gangster ass. Whatever happens I'm all for it
@@gabrieltorres7596 I also wonder that, because ofc bo katan wanted the Darksaber and she would have to kill Din for it, so maybe it’s like a while after season 2 I hope we are told the timeline events for it, im glad he is returning, I can see the series becoming alot better since the flashbacks seem all caught up now, especially to see Din potentially wielding the Darksaber and to see boba riding a rancor

Not sure if it's been mentioned but the hanger where Slave 1 was held is a different part of the palace. The front door opens upwards where as the hanger door opened into the ground.

I think the Firespray is being held in a different section of Jabba’s palace. If you look at the gate, it goes down when opening and up when closing. We know the main gate opens up and closes down, so this is probably the back entrance or something.

@@Ok-1280 cause it takes you 45 min to watch it. It takes us 3-4 hours (minimum) to prep a video and are currently handling too much between TH-cam & Patreon. When something is finished or frees up we’ll go back to our list and consider it cause we love the series, right now too much going on.
