Naruto: Has to learn sage mode so he wouldn’t have to lean on the nine tails power and cause an outrage Boruto: Had to create his own version of the flying raijin in order to prevent him from using his karma seal and cause a momoshiki crash out. Their determination really has them doing unrealistic things
@@js2003 I didn’t fully see how these are similar things, Naruto risked his life to learn a technique with a high death rate while Boruto copied the work of another version of himself and skipped years of work so he wouldn’t use the karma marking he not forced to use I don’t blame Boruto for copying but I wouldn’t really call that determination. I guess this is just a problem with how that future sight ability works because it sorta takes away the character credits by going around the actual work needed and I don’t think I would have a problem with it if Boruto actually spent six years making it.
I'm glad I'm not the only one to have notice, he must loose himself in all the "knowledge " He have cause some time he say ridiculous thing like that despite all the information he has gather on naruto/ boruto
My main takeaway from this video was that Neji was right and Kishimoto killed him off so he wouldn’t realise that Naruto was the most gifted ninja in their generation. 😂
@@jamesturner6979 Nejis whole thing was about fate and about how there’s no reason trying to overcome it. Naruto called him out for being a hypocrite and Neji got stun locked cause Naruto was the one who was right.
Both Naruto and Boruto worked harder. However, I'm still giving it to Boruto. While the threat of the Akatsuki was there, they weren't really there as an actual threat to Naruto. Naruto only trained so that he could bring back Sasuke. Boruto on the other hand, deliberately trained during the time skip when he had no choice to flee due to Omnipotence. Not only was there the threat of Code, and the Claw Grimes, but also to battle Kawaki and now the Shinju. And even Kashin Kojin was amazed to see how quickly Boruto was able to pick on things. HOWEVER, the things that Boruto was doing, wasn't exactly easy to come to him. While he's more of a genius than Naruto, he still has a good long ways to go before he actually masters any of his jutsu.
Take out the Kashin Koji help,he also would’ve been able to create a new version of the flying raijin(which took 6 years) in a different timeline. Dude was still training while on the run
@js2003 yeah that's what I'm saying. Even without Kojin help, Boruto was grinding hard by himself throughout those years on the run. Naruto had: Asuma, the sage toads, Jiraiya, Kakashi, and Killer Bee. Boruto practically had no one to help him grind.
Konohamaru n Kakashi also learned the rasengan , there’s no such thing as an “affinity” for using the rasengan . Anyone can learn the jutsu if there talented enough and have someone to teach them the jutsu.
Konohamaru a better example. Cos Kakashi could’ve just copied it with his sharingan. But konohamaru 100% had to learn it from scratch just like Naruto. Plus Naruto is bad at the technical aspects of jutsus. So it’s unlikely he did more than just show konohamaru how to do it and explain the subjective experience of creating it.
@@Pyroxene-W7F And yet he is the most washed character of the whole show. He never won a relevant fight in the whole series 😆😆😆 Better example for the real genius of hard work would be might guy. Rock Lee is just a mere shadow beneath might guys throne 😏😏😏
Naruto worked harder at an early age. However, his ability to train with shadow clones and absorb new things faster is a hard work hack as a teenager. Boruto didn’t really start work hard until he met Sasuke and even then had a propensity to cut corners. However, he was forced to work harder as a teenager in a way Naruto never did. Apples and oranges. Both are hard workers but came to that in very different ways.
No boruto had worked more at an earlier age he trained with the hyuga and stopped/slowed down when naruto become hokage. We know that borutos academy is several times better than part 1 amd boruto does spend time studying and training considering he had learned lighting release and the only place he could have learned from it was the academy. Naruto meanwhile did train i guess but during the academy it was unfocused training probably with no trainers but iruka giving him the time of day. Its an unfair comparison because boruto had hinata and the entire hyuga clan to train with during his entire childhood. Boruto trained more during the academy and got more effective training, the academy basically taught what the first year of having a jonin sensei was like. I personally think if boruto and naruto swtiched circumstances and positions naruto would do better than boruto while boruto would struggle even more than naruto did. Naruto though worked harder when time came to boruto trained more consistently. I like to think its more like boruto studied the entire year for a decent amount of time each session to perpare for an exam while naruto studies the last 2 weeks at the hardest anyone has in history.
@ Sarada clearly states Boruto never worked hard for anything prior to Sasuke telling him to learn the rasengan. It was a side effect of being a genius, he didn’t have to work hard because he caught on easily. Naruto had to for all of part 1 Naruto because he didn’t have innate talent. Boruto is constantly accused of taking short cuts as a piece of being a genius. Hence his use of the scientific ninja tool. Naruto would have never tried to cheat like that because he did have to work for his abilities earlier on. It’s only in shippuden where Naruto starts being able to hack learning via tail-beasts and multi-shadow clones.
@metaversenerdz1663 okay and iruka states narutos was a lazy kid as well during the academy and iruka has a deeper understanding to narutos psyche than sarada does for borutos. Also boruto still trained more at an earlier age and was given a better academy to expand his power, he also studied more than naruto and put in more time in training compared to naruto at the same age. Naruto may have trained harder but those points in part 1 are far and few between.
@ “Boruto studied the whole year”…. This statement shows a fundamental misunderstanding of what it means to be a genius. Having innate talent involves learning quickly without the need to work harder or study. Boruto didn’t work hard at all till Sasuke and still cut corners until the time skip. Just because someone “trained a lot” doesn’t mean they actually worked hard when they pick up on things quickly. Cutting corners is an abject display of not working hard. lol you also don’t understand my perspective at all. I’m clearly showing that both are hard workers, however from very different angles and they became hard workers at different points in their life.
@metaversenerdz1663 naruto cut more corners than boruto has. Notice he only trains hard in shippuden when he was granteed a 100x multiple to learn a technique. He used kuramas chakra to give him passive regen and stamina regen to help him train for longer periods of time. He learned sage mode through clones as well and he skipped chuuin and jonin ranks to go straight to kage. He also cut corners learning the rasengan and so many more techniques when he was getting stroked by kurama and hagamoro. Although narutos mental state when he is locked in and training is david goggins level but none of these guy have what lee and guy have. Consistently training at there highest of peak effort.
I think that sun seal gave him true mastery of chakra control. I think that explains why he could so effortlessly know how to apply the different chakra natures he had to those rasengans, while simultaneously powering them up.
I love how you didn't even bring up the fact that boruto is a literal alien god now biologically, so his power jumped from chunkn level to stronger than naruto as an adult just from getting momoshiki in his karma marking. He's an otsutsuki. Therefore he definitely has a lot of strength he didn't get on his own. Yeah he doesn't use his power, but he definitely still has a buffed up body.
Stupid Boruto fans just choose to ignore this and call out Naruto fans like we're the ones who's delusional. Boruto fans will never change or understand.
Where in the entirety of Naruto and Boruto does it state that being otsutsuki makes you physically stronger by any means? And Boruto can only access his otsutsuki genes when karma is activated. He hasnt done that ONCE in the timeskip It literally makes no difference whatsoever, he's just more of a genius
10:36 Minato being able to do the same thing Naruto does in no way means Naruto had a “genetic predisposition” to do it. They both took wildly different routes. The situations were completely independent of each other. Only similarity being kushina’s assistance and the use of the rasengan. That Naruto learnt with no direct help from Minato.
Naruto sharpened his battle tactics way more during the time skip, kakashi even mentions this post timeskip during the first 'training' back with him and sakura vs kakashi. His tactics were always a core part of his battle iq being an 'unpredictable' ninja, but i feel like his tact and battle analysis post timeskip couldve been something jiraya trained alongside jutsu and charkra control during the timeskip
@@JohnMurphy-zl6nj yes but this has nothing with naruto training, this was gamabunta and naruto relationship. Boruto too has difficulties with garaga, garaga wanted to kill boruto back then
Great vid but I think ur forgetting a few things: 1. Boruto was born technically an otsutsuki with hacks, he had both hamuras chakra and genetic material through hinata and hagoromos through naruto. This is what caused him to awaken the jougan (which has nothing to do with his power just yet) and gain the disposition to many other things 2. Kashin Koji's future sight is a much bigger advantage than you let on. The hax that naruto had also legit only let him learn stuff earlier, for example the rasengan and rasen shuriken which you mentioned which is also what kashin koji does for boruto, gives him the ability to learn stuff earlier 3. and lastly kurama is a really big drainer in the time skip because it prevented naruto from doing pretty much anything because from that and the start of shippuden we see that naruto has barely any control over kurama which prevents him from training to the point of exhaustion
Boruto wasn’t born a otsutsuki he was turned into one and he hasn’t awakened his jogan he will but it hasn’t happened yet hasn’t had a single appearance in the manga
naruto, hinata, and sasuke both got insane power ups when they got hagoromo/hamura chakra and boruto was born with that giving him the innate 6 paths boost
The Rasengan an Perfect Toad Sage is debateable. I doubt you can inherit the ability to do said things just because a parent can do it. The only parent-to-child hack Naruto had is Kushina's massive Chakra reserves due to the Uzumaki bloodline. The only other hack Naruto had was the stupid Ashura Retcon.
@@riicky83 he didn’t even get the Uzumaki sized pool. His was lower compared to his Uzumaki counterparts. And his quality as an Ashura is that he is born a talentless dummy that has to work hard. It gave no inherit benefit.
@@adamisaacpena You say that but if he didn't get an Uzumaki-sized pool of Chakra, then how did he summon hundreds of shadow clones vs Mizuki? There's no way that Kurama's chakra would've done that as Naruto didn't have proper access to it at the time. And then there's the Ashura part. Some sources states that Naruto's chakra strengths and reserves are due to this.
@@riicky83 whoa buddy. Yes. Naruto in the very start can use MSC cause he’s got a big ass pool of chakra. Yes. I’m not disagreeing with that. He did that w/o Kurama chakra. Yes. That is Naruto’s feat. All I’m saying is that his pool isn’t at that “Uzumaki” level as we know it to be. And what sources say that shit about Ashura chakra pool being a thing? 😐😠🤨
I honestly don't understand the "Naruto was predisposed to do that because Minato did that first" argument, if my dad is good at something doesn't mean that I am or that if I do it I have some kind of advantage, and if it happens it's usually because of your parents influence, something Naruto didn't have.
3:00 its so crazy , bc is it a hack if you learned and gained something on your own ? Or made use of something that was already use by individuals from my family .
23:40 so in conclusion not only is the karma marking 10× better than kurama because of the chakra boost but it increases all fiscal stats as well as giving you a huge experience boost when activated and not to mention an jutsu absorption ability. Also I would take Saske for one year and Kashin Koji with future sight for two in a heartbeat over Asuma for one day Kakashi and Jiraiya for 2 and 3 years. This is a dumb click bate of a video.
It's 10x worse in literally every way lol, not only does it NOT provide a chakra boost(example being Borushiki needing to absorb Naruto's chakra since he himself nor his karma provide any) but it's boost in strength is also NOTHING compared to Kurama's boost, it took Naruto from Pain level at the start of the war to to someone who would run rings around all of the Akatsuki combined. Meanwhile the karma even in true essence took Boruto from weaker than base Naruto to weaker than base Naruto lol. The only pro is the jutsu absorption and even that has weaknesses.
@PrimalIncentive tell me you don't read boruto without telling me you dont read boruto... Boruto literally went from wayyyy weaker than Naruto to at the end of the manga fighting Code and Kawaki and Naruto not being able to do anything to stop them. And yes Naruto was way weaker bc of losing Kurama but that's just what it is, they killed off Naruto and Saske (not really but they might as well) and gave the new main character an ass pull new ability to make him way stronger. Also I think a good realistic comparison would be who would have done more if it was the other way around and it's hands down Naruto.
@andrejerkic8595 Fighting a Code who needed to team up with Borushiki to make sure they kill Naruto and a Kawaki who was already confirmed to be tronger than him, a Kawaki whi ended up killing him in another timeline even when Sarada stepped in to help. If Boruto's karma is an asspull then literally 90% of Naruto's power ups are asspulls. Naruto would've gotten taken over by Momoshiki or killed by Kawaki long ago if it was him lol. And it seems YOU are the one who don't know how karma works
Multi shadow clone jutsu would actually only minimally speed up learning a single thing. The speed of learning would be solely dependent on the first clone to reach the next step. The tiny differences in experience/environment or method would the only variables. So Naruto using clones to create the Rasenshuriken was mostly redundant and ironically also a show of his genius. This clone method would be best used at learning multiple things, like all five elements rather than just wind.
Naruto’s time skip was to train his fundamentals. After he mastered his fundamentals, in the next couple years his skill ceiling EXPLODED. Boruto went into his time skip with already mastered fundamentals, technically more so with karma’s skill download, so he also exploded his skill ceiling in a few years. You can’t compare the time skips
I feel like one thing people don't understand is that Naruto wasn't just training for normal genjutsu resistance. He was training to resist Itachi's genjutsu. Jiraiya may not know exactly how strong that genjutsu is, but he does know it was easily done to Orochimaru. Just knkwing that means he's going to do some very serious training with that. Which would only further his chakra control. Which in turn was a big reason why he mastered chakra control so easily with the waterfall training.
@taylor.river7 he can't control it or the jogan doesn't even appear .Like it rarely appear and boruto doesn't know why.Boruto has to figure it out by himself about the jogan so it's kind of training
The Rasengan isn't a clan jutsu so it shouldn't matter of Minato created it or not, wouldn't really make it easier for Naruto to learn. The reason Naruto learned it so fast was specifically because of the amount of Chakra he had access to. That allowed him to keep training the A rank jutsu over and over again, far more than most people would even be able to dream of. I will also so that it's more impressive that Naruto trains himself to the point that Kurama has the opprotunity to take over his body, which requires him to burn through all of his own chakra to even do. It's a lot easier to punch 100 times in a row than it does 1,000 times in a row. Yes, he has a lot more chakra than other people, but it takes a fuck ton more effort to train to the point to where you're so exhausted that you just pass out where you're standing, which is all Naruto does when he trains. During the 3 year time skip, I always thought that the main thing Naruto was taught was Chakra Control and some actual Hand-2-Hand combat. And I'm not taking anything into account for Boruto, I haven't dealt with that series in years at this point. So I can't say if Boruto did or didn't train harder than Naruto.
Actually Jiraiya taught him how to break out of genjutsu because of the threat of Itachi, taught him how to better his chakra control, was attempting to help him master Kurama’s chakra (which caused jiraiya to get hurt) he didn’t just teach him how to make a bigger rasengan lol
I watch your videos while getting my daughter to sleep for her naps and as soon as the intro hits, it's like she knows. So a bit of rocking plus your videos have been a big help the last 2 years
naruto, had the mass shadow clones (training tech)(being the most haxxed technique in naruto)…also, when he got “wild” he turned into a genius, and he had massive drive
I do think Naruto was nerfed after he lost Kurama. Naruto and Sasuke are technically Otsutsukis since Ashura and Indra inhabit their bodies. I would assume Ashura's chakra would manifest more profoundly now that Kurama is gone from his body. Also if Madara got a power boost from receiving Hashirama's cells, then Naruto should get a boost from receiving Sasuke's cells.
4:20 But does it really? It’s one hand sign. The most dangerous thing about multi shadow clone jutsu isn’t that it’s hard it’s that it requires tona of chakra. And Naruto even without Kurama has way more than everyone else.
your point about the rasengan and shadow strangle: Starting with the former, it's quite literally a hidden jutsu, no proclivity needed. Shikamaru knows it because the Nara only teach Nara those techniques. As for the rasengan, It's not about being able to more easily learn it because someone in their lineage created it. but rather, being taught it because someone in their lineage created it. It's a tough jutsu to master and there are plenty of others out there that you can learn instead, but Jiraiya taught Naruto because it was his dad's jutsu, Sasuke told to boruto to learn it because it was Naruto's signature outside of shadow clones, and Jiraiya learnt it because he was impressed (and jealous) by his student. Even Kakashi knows it, and that's before getting the sharingan. We know this because chidori came from rasengan, and he was using that move before he got the eye. And Naruto taught Konohamaru just because they were friends
And about toad sage: Both Naruto and Minato had the same teacher who, himself, was a toad sage. Of course they would both know it, thematically, yes, because they're father and son, but, logically, because of course they'd both learn it. They had the same teacher.
In retrospect Naruto was forced to fight a certain inneficient way until the 4th Great War. He could have been minato level genius tbh. He did so much while being held back
Honestly I have to go with Naruto, allllll day long. Like, all day, 24/7. Sure, Naruto had *some* access to Kurama's Chakra, but Kurama would also be disruptive and make casting jutsu that much harder for Naruto at times. Plus, there's one major part, at a fundamental level that I think seals it. Naruto started with no major emotional support network, and it wasn't even really until Iruka softened up that he got his first adult connection. His entire worldview at first was "i want to reach for something I've never known-- feeling i belong and am loved" in his goal as Hokage. Boruto had near, if not *all* the support he could ask for. He had home cooked meals to go to, etc etc. Sure, Naruto had better Chakra, but Boruto had *a decade at least* of a loving home with support to build him up over Naruto.
@@runeplay2 Kurama did nothing to interrupt chakra control. Naruto is just not good at it until after he trains. People confuse the seal that Orochimaru put on top as Kurama messing with things because that’s what Kakashi says, but Kakashi didn’t know about the extra seal at that time. As soon as Jiraiya removed it, Naruto instantly walked on water.
Something Nick forgot to mention is the fact that Naruto was the Reincarnation of Ashura and was casually handed one of the bigest powerups in Shippuden in the form of Hagoromo giving him six paths Sage mode something he did not have to work for at all.
Not just that, he was given Kurama and even if it initially was viewed as a curse, it became a true blessing. They showed us how hard Naruto worked to implement two war ranked jutsu like multi shadow clone jutsu and rasengan, Boruto worked just as hard during the time skip recently. So honestly it's hard to compare but I believe Boruto has it harder since he's still fighting for his life. What hardened Naruto is the fact that he grew up parent less.
Bro was gone for 3yrs came back with 10+ jutsus(overpowered ones). One shoting otsutsuki level enemies like it's nothing, all in three 3yrs. Well according to what we know of the verse that is literally not possible. Yes Boruto has been working hard lately but Man came back op for reason other than plot that it's almost laughable And you're here saying he worked harder than Naruto 😂when we didn't even see the hard work even while having more episodes than Naruto P1. Nick rewatching Naruto is the best thing you can do right now so you don't say too many controversial stuffs😂
Wait, if sasake learned the chidori before naruto learned the rasengan, and the chidori is just a collapsed rasengan, doesn't that mean that sasake got the rasengan first?
I can finally have my feeling of satisfaction because before I never liked the fact some people would make excuses like boruto has a better life than naruto
Hey! I have a question that's out of the blue. In this world of super fast reaction time and speed, why can no one can see Pain's arms moving before attempting a pull or push? Even Might Guy was able to read Sharingan with feet movements, but no one can see Pain lifting his arm menacingly to dodge? It's sort of like Mind Transfer too, it's one direction.
No I disagree. Boruto has 100% Ootsutskification dna on top of having the best teachers (Sasuke and KK) to cheat his way with multiple future timelines to his advantage and Momoshiki didn't interfere during 3 years to hinder his growth. Atleast Naruto have to actual struggle to improve anything since Kuruama was the real obstacle and it proves that Jiriaya was not the best teacher to overcome the Ninetails. It took near the end of the show for Naruto to find Killerbee as a suitable mentor and even then, he only achieved the KCM, which had many layers of forms and mastery for it to be achieved.
He wasn’t an idiot he was just a 13 year old kid that no guidance his entire life and a demon inside of him purposely messing up any training he did. Don’t get why that’s so hard to understand.
Starting off before I even watch this, naruto got stronger during the time skip by learning how to tap into Kurama's power more, while Boruto came back with even LESS control ovee his karma and rather got stronger through kenjutsu training
What U say about the facility naruto and boruto learn and use the rasengan don't make any kind of sense, it's nothing compared to the nara clan techniques at all
I’d say Boruto wins in this category, throughout the entire series he relies on understanding and tactics to increase his power ( aside from the karma) meanwhile Naruto only used brute strength to overwhelm until later on in the series
The only reason Naruto has a bigger support system is because he’s too dumb to figure most things out by himself. (Before the time skip) Boruto could’ve easily gone and asked half of konoha to help him if he needed it. During the time skip boruto has two sensei’s (three if u count the future him he takes inspiration from). While Naruto only has Jiraya. And personally I think knowing u have the potential to achieve something is a massive asset. Whereas everything Naruto does he has no idea if he can actually do it but he tries anyway. Im sure if Naruto was shown a vision of his shippuden training he could’ve easily come out the time skip with sage mode and rasenshuriken. Boruto works harder than most people give him credit for. However his potential is just way higher than Naruto’s. Not only cos he lives in a post shippuden world with better technology and stronger jutsu than Naruto was exposed to. But also because he’s way smarter and talented in every category. The only category u can say they match is determination. Overall Naruto is most carried by his uzumaki chakra but equally his mindset. Naruto’s mindset is the only reason ill never agree he’s “just gifted” or “relies too much on kurama”. Most ppl given what Naruto had would not get as high as him without his mindset.
I wonder how Himawari is gonna mesure to her father in terms of power? I kinda hope she goes the medical ninja road and becomes a slug sage insteas of toad sage, so she is female Naruto with a byakugan.
They already stated countless times that Himawari power is universal due to her being the new 9 tails. Something that has happened without any expodition or reasoning on why. All because Kishimoto is too fucking lazy and wants copy Dragon Ball Z now by turning his characters into walking nukes.
You forgot about naruto's sexy jutsu, boruto's wind style rasengan, compression rasengan, high compression rasengan as well as the iterations motorbiking made
I think the question goes down to "do you think Naruto would have come back with all his Jutsu if he had access to the ten paths?" Like would he come back with KCM2 and rasenshurikan?
Hum naruto learn rasenganshuriken so even with the ten path , naruto would have to work very hard but naruto wouldn't be able to learn his own jutsu in 2 years , impossible
To be honest to add something on to boruto's kit he did become a Otsutsuki before the timeskip which could/would most definitely help him in his growth as a character
Yeah but you forget that he didn't even know that he had 9 tails at first. It's not like he could have just tapped into Kurama's chakra at the age of 5.
Lastly I want to add that I believe Naruto is the spirit of hard work. When you think about him being asura’s reincarnation you should remember that asura had to work extremely hard to match Indra as well as Naruto did with sasuke. No one is beating Naruto hard work ethic. Sasuke was blessed, Sakura…..had parents.
Isn't learning jutsus you learned in the future before you have it is a paradox because if u learnt it from the future means you already have it but u don't which means at some point you're supposed to get it but if you have it in the past means it's already should be available to you
Read Boruto pls... Kashin Koji explains that all futures he sees are "Possible futures" they're not set in stone... He just told boruto about the jutsus he learned in those "possible futures" thus creating a whole new future where boruto knows them early.
This whole argument about who worked harder has always been strange to me. I figured Boruto got Life Experience training as opposed to his father’s more structured safe environment training. What I mean is Boruto has had to evade the world basically while fighting off Code in between actual lessons with Sasuke then Kashin Koji. He’s so powerful because he has to be. He is dealing with god like threats and is one himself.
@@PrimalIncentiveyou definitely right I don’t understand why everyone claims he has it when I’m he doesn’t will he have it yes does he have it right now no

Boruto is literally stacked, and if he ever needs a power boost that just means we’re gunna see montages of him learning all the hyuga techniques, uzimaki techniques and maybe we’ll get a mount myobouku arc
I respectfully I disagree due to the fact that boruto had both parents to teach him their accumulated knowledge. so i believe that boruto is where Naruto would be if he had both parents; that being said boruto has/had a huge advantage over Naruto. Because of this advantage boruto would be a failure if he didn’t accomplish more than his father did in his time skip.
The biggest point here is that Sasuke noticed it day one when he said that Boruto is a bigger loser than than Naruto ever was - He was right 100% - And this point is not only in the Manga and Anime view but also from our own world when we pretty much say Boruto is trash and Naruto is peak - we gave Boruto more power with these statements and I'm not blaming anyone for that, but also show more talk less when it comes to Naruto/Boruto Still love these franchises to this day :)
I get why you say Naruto is the superior physical specimen but at the same time it's still absurd. Boruto is an Uzumaki/Hyuuga Hybrid that was genetically altered into an Alien Space God😂😂😂 I notice that ppl dont take into account that Boruto is not human and that most likely played the biggest part in him becoming so Strong without having to activate his Karma after the timeskip. You can't just hardwork yourself beyond an Otsutsuki😂
Im sorry, but to say that because minato made the rasengan, that somehow gave Naruto the predisposition to be good at doing it or that it made it easier is just not correct. Because i guarantee the opposite wouldn't be said to be true. Minato couldn't introduce elemental jutsu to his rasengans, so you wouldn't be able to say.. "oh so because his dad couldn't do it, naruto lacks the proclivity to do it as well." Thats not how that works. Same with saying he had it easy learning things with shadow clones due to his large chakra pool. You still have to have them working hard and actually still learn it. Sure training can go faster, but there's a reason he was constantly exhausted. He had to push himself and every clone to do this. Just because he had the chakra to train longer, doesn't make the training easier. I definitely disagree about the sage mode thing. Why would your dad's ability to endure something mean that you can? His body being strong for sage mode is true, but that's not really that rare. Orochimaru was just not physically built for it himself. Might dai was a forever genin with little talent, except for the gates, yet guy was a taijutsu master jonin that kicked Ten tails Madara in half.. On the subject if sage mode, multiple teachers doesn't mean less work. Most times it means much more work because they all expect success in all fronts of individual training. I think naruto had to train much harder than his dad in that respect.
Yea …. You should probably do a video on what a hack is exactly. Bc learning something and being taught something isn’t a hack. A hack is basically kawaki. No training just had it given to him
Naruto and boruto work equally as hard as I don't think he is stronger than Naruto or that much stronger but boruto is very strong and a good character and i agree with you
Naruto came back from his timeskip almost the exact same way he left. He has the same mindset, no actually new abilities, and he wasted the opportunity to train with one of the sannin. Boruto, on the completely other hand, came back as a demigod. And we don't even need to look at Boruto, we can just take a quick look at Shippuden and see that both Sakura and Sasuke actually did everything they could to grow stronger. Naruto was just a somewhat good ninja, until he started getting his 70 different power-ups.
Where is it ever said that being a perfect sage is genetic?? If anything u can argue meta wise that the only reason Minato has perfect sage in war arc is because Naruto does first. The only confirmed genetic trait is having enough chakra. I’ll agree that Naruto being able to use three clones to channel nature energy for him at the same time is cos of his uzumaki traits. I think it could just as easily be argued that Naruto’s body constantly housing the foreign chakra of Kuruma gave him an edge over someone like Jiraya. Plus with his training during the time skip his general ability to house foreign chakra went up. Minato being a beast doesn’t rlly need an explanation, he’s excelled at everything since birth.
Naruto: Has to learn sage mode so he wouldn’t have to lean on the nine tails power and cause an outrage
Boruto: Had to create his own version of the flying raijin in order to prevent him from using his karma seal and cause a momoshiki crash out.

I don’t blame Boruto for copying but I wouldn’t really call that determination.
I guess this is just a problem with how that future sight ability works because it sorta takes away the character credits by going around the actual work needed and I don’t think I would have a problem with it if Boruto actually spent six years making it.

It literally makes no difference whatsoever, he's just more of a genius
You were wrong. The rasenshuriken could only be thrown after he learned sage mode.
Funny thing to remember: in the Anime Boruto already knew the jutsu Naruto got from the scroll of Sealing before Naruto asked if he stole it.
Naruto clears pre timeskip
Boruto SUPER clears mid timeskip
So far I’d say they’re relatively even in their respective part twos
Hey Nick, I know he didn't work nearly as hard for it but Naruto also learned and made a contract to summon toads even before the Rasengan.

Great vid but I think ur forgetting a few things:
1. Boruto was born technically an otsutsuki with hacks, he had both hamuras chakra and genetic material through hinata and hagoromos through naruto. This is what caused him to awaken the jougan (which has nothing to do with his power just yet) and gain the disposition to many other things
2. Kashin Koji's future sight is a much bigger advantage than you let on. The hax that naruto had also legit only let him learn stuff earlier, for example the rasengan and rasen shuriken which you mentioned which is also what kashin koji does for boruto, gives him the ability to learn stuff earlier
3. and lastly kurama is a really big drainer in the time skip because it prevented naruto from doing pretty much anything because from that and the start of shippuden we see that naruto has barely any control over kurama which prevents him from training to the point of exhaustion
Boruto wasn’t born a otsutsuki he was turned into one and he hasn’t awakened his jogan he will but it hasn’t happened yet hasn’t had a single appearance in the manga
Yeah ya know!
nah hagoromo + hamura technically made him an otsutsuki by chakra from birth
@@sparklyunicornman5542 And how is that helpful? There's literally no proof that being otsutsuki gives you ANY sort of stat boost physically.
naruto, hinata, and sasuke both got insane power ups when they got hagoromo/hamura chakra and boruto was born with that giving him the innate 6 paths boost

I honestly don't understand the "Naruto was predisposed to do that because Minato did that first" argument, if my dad is good at something doesn't mean that I am or that if I do it I have some kind of advantage, and if it happens it's usually because of your parents influence, something Naruto didn't have.
@Asteriarimia you get it.
Yeah ya know!
@@PrimalIncentive And you could watch Nick's video on the karma mark since you don't know what it does
@andrejerkic8595 Fighting a Code who needed to team up with Borushiki to make sure they kill Naruto and a Kawaki who was already confirmed to be tronger than him, a Kawaki whi ended up killing him in another timeline even when Sarada stepped in to help. If Boruto's karma is an asspull then literally 90% of Naruto's power ups are asspulls.
Naruto would've gotten taken over by Momoshiki or killed by Kawaki long ago if it was him lol.
And it seems YOU are the one who don't know how karma works
@PrimalIncentive slay
Naruto was just dumb but overcame that issue whilst boruto isn't. He got that Hinata intelligence
21:17 wow not once mentioning the karma marking which not only nullified all jutsu but gives a massive boost in all stats
He cant use the karma markin anymore big guy
Awesome as always thanks ❤️
Tank top screamin', "Lotto, I don't fit you!"
Boruto also got the jougan and gentle fist training, from his mom before his time skip.
He don’t have the jougan only gentle fist

@taylor.river7 he can't control it or the jogan doesn't even appear .Like it rarely appear and boruto doesn't know why.Boruto has to figure it out by himself about the jogan so it's kind of training
Yeah ya know!
You can't really compare the two. Naruto has shadow clones to speed up his training and boruto is a genuis
exactly , but boruto is facing agasint genius people and people who as god ability like daemon who has reflection ability

And Naruto even without Kurama has way more than everyone else.
your point about the rasengan and shadow strangle:
Starting with the former, it's quite literally a hidden jutsu, no proclivity needed.

Naruto never ANY single justu to boruto , boruto has to create his own jutsu

Remember how inadequate Boruto felt trying to imitate his father
Bro was gone for 3yrs came back with 10+ jutsus(overpowered ones). One shoting otsutsuki level enemies like it's nothing, all in three 3yrs. Well according to what we know of the verse that is literally not possible.

On your way to million Nick proud of you ma boy. I've been away for a bit gotta catch up.
Naruto did not have Asura chakra when he was born because he is half uzumaki and has less chakra than his mom.
Kakashi used the resengan. You forgot that.
9:33 Jiraiya did NOT help Naruto learn Sage mode. Jiraiya was dead at that time. He was a motivator, yes, but he did not help him learn it.
🤔 How strong would Naruto Sasuke & Sakura be if Koji Kashin trained them instead of Jiraiya Tsunade & Orochimaru in Naruto's time skip ?
My thoughts exactly. Sure naruto might have more teachers. But what was taught had a way higher weight to me
No I disagree.

Exactly
Who taught Minato flying raijin? 🤔
Um.....guys he's gone mad 😂 he's officially off his rocker

@@raven3067 not in terms of being a jinchuriki. I meant as overall ninja.
Well yeah, he felt paternal disappointment in the Chunin exams. That will make your head spin to do better.
To be honest to add something on to boruto's kit he did become a Otsutsuki before the timeskip which could/would most definitely help him in his growth as a character
it didnt help anything , the only thing that helped boruto becoming an oksuski is that boruto can fly that it
Naruto was born with nearly infinite chakra. So he had things easier, he had a nearly endless battery to do literally anything he wanted.
Yeah but you forget that he didn't even know that he had 9 tails at first. It's not like he could have just tapped into Kurama's chakra at the age of 5.
@ I didn’t mention Kurama, but that did add to the size of his chakra battery. Just because he didn’t know something doesn’t mean it wasn’t there.
Yeah ya know!
@@nategraham6946 That still doesn't prove my point.
@@raven3067 I’m not trying to prove yours, but mine.
"Only hax Baruto has is-"
*literally doesn't mention the Jōgan eyeball from a god alien ninja*
That's not canon, it's literally never shown, used or even mentioned in the manga
@@PrimalIncentiveyou definitely right I don’t understand why everyone claims he has it when I’m he doesn’t will he have it yes does he have it right now no
This the jogan help boruto against omnipotence? Against kawaki? Naruto was about to get kill many times and kyuubi pet save him
Yeah ya know!
I also like that boruto came back stronger it just makes sense
7:33 did you Naruto asked Amado for help? Like the dude from Boruto?
Boruto LITERALLY created a perfected Wind style Rasengan as a Genin and people say he's not talented? C'mon..
Who said he wasn’t? And so did Naruto
@@vali4634keep coping Boruto better
@@0000jUu-n6h ok? When did I say one was better than the other
Naruto was a genin when he learned rasenshuriken
@@shikaotsu7194 Naruto speed ran the experience by more than x1000, I wouldn’t call that talent. It just means he worked x1000 times longer to create it.
Sasuke would’ve cooked Naruto if Naruto didn’t have Kurama when they were young.
Yeah ya know!
7:32 amado wasn't around yet 😂😂 love your videos
people forget that for kurama helping naruto was absolutly necessary for survival if he didnt he becomes part of the tentails and basicaly dies he also trusted naruto to never betray him of course but he also wanted to survive and you also forgot that momoshiki brought boruto back to life that's a huge advantage
Have you done a top 10 actual ninja techniques used in the anime?
Boruto is literally stacked, and if he ever needs a power boost that just means we’re gunna see montages of him learning all the hyuga techniques, uzimaki techniques and maybe we’ll get a mount myobouku arc
You forgot the summoning jutsu that Naruto learnt before the rasengan
Naruto used kyuubi Chakra in the summoning , he cheated
7:30 Amado confirmed in Naruto shippuden 😂
The time skip was kinda like a break up Sasuke grew n changed while Naruto got older n stayed the same
I respectfully I disagree due to the fact that boruto had both parents to teach him their accumulated knowledge. so i believe that boruto is where Naruto would be if he had both parents; that being said boruto has/had a huge advantage over Naruto.
Because of this advantage boruto would be a failure if he didn’t accomplish more than his father did in his time skip.
The biggest point here is that Sasuke noticed it day one when he said that Boruto is a bigger loser than than Naruto ever was - He was right 100%
- And this point is not only in the Manga and Anime view but also from our own world when we pretty much say Boruto is trash and Naruto is peak - we gave Boruto more power with these statements and I'm not blaming anyone for that, but also show more talk less when it comes to Naruto/Boruto
Still love these franchises to this day :)
I think Jariyas the reason Naruto got hands.
You mean hand to hand combat/taijutsu?
7:30 Amado helped create the rasenshuriken ?! Holy crap he did more than I thought
You can't just hardwork yourself beyond an Otsutsuki😂
it's not "amado", it's "yamato"....
7:32 Yes, I loved when Amado helped Naruto figure out the rasenshuriken😂
