Il Silenzio (The Silence) Violin

This beautiful piece of music was a request I had a while ago during one of my live streams. When I listened to it I knew I wanted to play my own rendition of it. It seems perfectly fitting to it share today as we pause to reflect and remember those lost in all wars. Originally composed and played on trumpet by Italian Nini Rosso as a memorial piece, this is Il Silenzio (The Silence)

John D Johnston here, l had no idea that ll Silenzio could be rendered so beautifully on the violin. Miss Bostock made tears flow from mine eyes. This happens every time l hear this music because l always think of all the honored dead of the worlds wars.
