@@ilvaporizzatoreYes! years ago there was a lovely little diorama in Fine Scale Modeler magazine of an old school Mom and Pop model shop from his childhood. The builder used very small scale models, 1/700, 1/2500 etc, to represent the finished model kits on display. Doll house and scratch-built items comprised the fixtures, and scaled down printed kit boxes and magazine and book covers filled the shelves and racks. Quite charming.

David, I've followed your model-making for years now and your work in that regard is wonderful, often leaving me thinking "How does he manage to do that?" This project, however, only serves to remind me that there aren't sufficient words in the English language to describe what I've just watched. Your skills - all of them, from what you learned in school, the things you've learned from modelling and self-teaching yourself how to do things from the internet - just came together in perfect harmony to produce this wonderful outcome. Massive respect for doing it yourself. Ive been through it. So i know the hard work, stress, and effort it takes to climb that learning curve. I can tell by the result that you feel pride, and a sense that it was worth it.

What an amazing transformation! I did our bathroom and it was a huge task, and I didn't have to carry everything up and down 3 floors, so hats off to you!

It was really nice to watch this video. I'm a civil engineer in Brazil, and seeing how construction happens in other parts of the world is a way to learn new things, as well as to find similarities. Congratulations on your new home, and I'm looking forward to seeing the new designs!

That was a monumental task. Congratulations on your new apartment. I really like your use of wood to complement the grey. I could literally feel the stone dust gritting between my teeth when you fired up that angle grinder. Having been through this myself I know the very satisfactory feeling when it is all done :D

Impressive work! I renovated a house from the 1960's on my own which was in a similar state - it was really hard work. It took me the best part of a year so 5 months is really good going!! I'm looking forward to seeing some new models.

David. I have the ultimate respect for what you have done and the dedication it took to achieve what is now a very desirable property. I hope you enjoy your new, beautiful home. Well deserved. I don't think eduard makes that kit. Lol. All the best to you and your family. I am looking forward to future videos 👍

Thanks for showing all the work you did. Interesting to see other countries building construction. I've built a couple of my homes and redid the interior of my condo I live in now. The end product always makes it worth all the work. Nice job.

Hi. Like you, I renovated an old flat in Poland, replacing floors, windows, bathroom and kitchen. The hardest part was replacing the old bathtub with a new one. Lifting the old bathtub up the stairs was unforgettable. Luckily I didn't have to do the walls. You did a huge job all by yourself. Well done!

Модель квартиры в натуральном масштабе! Отлично! Как я тебя понимаю! Сам несколько лет строил новую квартиру в своей квартире😮
Зато теперь все ровное, новое, красивое!

Well, your skills and attention to detail scale up just fine. That was fascinating and very well done. European materials and practices seem much ahead of ours and make much more sense. Truly a daunting task. Thank you for sharing.
