The Last Hotel was Mt. Lavinia Hotel closer to Colombo. The hotel terrace gives an awesome view of the ocean. Thanks for visiting Sri Lanka, and please visit again. Take care.
Yes, exactly! IT is the old "Govenors Palace", a "must be" in the evening on the Terrace, with a look to Colombo lights, a good meal, and hear the Ocean beneath!
It's at Mount Lavinia, always my first stop when I arrive, but I sleep in another, cheaper place to acclimate to the different clima!
You miss to go for dinner to "la Langousterie", 10 -15 Min.walk, a wondeful place down in Mt.Lavinia close to the Ocean, at the Beach! 😍🍀💞

Why is nobody there? It looks like big hotel but 5 ppl. Antything wierd going on?
Alija Mesetovic its bcos off seaon i guess. Season starts arnd mid nov and runs till arnd end april.. but hotel prices can be very high during season.. off season is fine as long as u plan trip bit carefully just to ensure u dnt get in to long rains etc. Another best option is to just come during season to off season transition months..

Next time when I Come back to Sri Lanka I will tell the Visitors to went to Trincomale in it's to much rain at the South -West Side! Sri Lanka is my Paradise... Every time is season, but you must know at which Part of the Island! 😉👍😊😍🍀🍀🍀🌞💞
