    Beautiful rig man. Clean exterior work, not overdone at all. And great paint color choices for the body & wheels. Nicely done.
    Was wondering if you have any problems with the big end bearings on the 1hdt motor &/or if you keep them on a stricter replacement schedule? I’m looking to purchase a very similar spec 80 series; its quite a bit more expensive and harder to find the 1995-1998 with the 1hdft - but I do see a few 1990-1994 models on the market… I know some 1990-1991 1hdt’s had issues with the bearings , but I’ve also heard a rumor that they fixed the issue in the ‘93&’94 model years before switching to the 1hdft in ‘95
    Cheers

      Hey mate Thankyou, it’s nice to see others appreciating the blood sweat and tears.
      I had the 1hdt rebuilt before it went in and big ends were obviously done then. Never had an issue with them. Checked after 100,000kms and no scoring or anything. It was an issue from factory but once resolved I don’t think it’s as big of a deal

    Very nice cruiser mate. Is the 200hp at the flywheel or measured at the wheels?

    • @onstreetgarage
      @onstreetgarage  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks mate! It’s at the wheels. The tuner said there was another 50hp there but I was more interested in solid torque and driveability whilst keeping everything safe

    • @electrikoptik
