Another wonderful renovation. But just make sure if you are adding a piano - upright or grand - to have the sound box facing into the room and have the sun at your back when playing. Trying to read music with the sun glaring in your eyes is just annoying. And you want the sound to be going out toward your guests, not into a wall!! LOL! Just an fyi from an old piano player!! Again, thank you so much for making these videos!

Wait you can buy ladders on house flipper?
what dlc are these nice furniture pieces? For instance the sofa and chair in the start?
"Cream Sectional Sofa" and "Husk lounge chair" you can find them in the game workshop on Steam
Can you only get the dlc on pc?
The GARDEN dlc is already available on consoles. The HGTV and LUXURY dlcs are only on pc for now, but the devs said it will come soon for other consoles.
I noticed that the stuff you have in store, is Xbox consoles don't have.. you must be on ps. ?
These are Steam Workshop mods and only available for the PC version.
