Hi my Dear Friend, wow! What a fantastic job you have done with these mushrooms. It is far better than what I could see in my minds eye. You my dearest friend are so talented and brilliant, all your pieces are just amazing. Love them, and you. X
Thank you so much my lovely. You must have thought I was bonkers when I tried to describe my idea on the phone but it turned out exactly as I imagined it so that’s good.
Oh my goodness, these are fabulous. Enjoyed this tutorial so much Louise. I find your way of explaining things so therapeutic and calming . It makes me think I can do it too ( not always the case) 😂. Love the photo frame and Honey ❤ In fact I love all the projects . Thank you again for a wonderfully informative tutorial 🙏
Wow just wow. That could have been 3 videos lol. You have a mountain of craft knowledge and an amazing creative mind lol. Great video hun. Watched the lot!
Thank you so much Wendy, you are so kind. I know what you mean, I definitely had enough footage for 3 videos and it took flipping ages to whittle it down.
Simply brilliant! I love how your mind works! You know…it’s only mankind that wants to build in straight lines! God never builds in straight lines and what he does build is perfect! Don’t be so hard on yourself! You’ve created tiny little examples of nature to be presented inside our homes that we never knew we needed so badly! Thank you for that reminder! Stay your awesome and beautiful self! 💖🇨🇦🤗
OMG Louise you are amazing. You rock my resin world 🌎. This is so awesome. You could even make flowers.. I appreciate the time you give us. Letting us come along on this Journey. Thanks so much. Hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙
Those are so cute! I wonder if you could make red agaric mushrooms like that? I can see a whole world of mushrooming possibilities! You are fabulously talented, Louise! I'm making my way through all of your videos, and I have to say it is so inspiring to watch you working your magic. Love it!
Amazing! Wow! You are so talented. I don’t know ho you come up with these unique ideas, but you always do. You have so much talent. These are gorgeous 🤎💚
These are all just fabulous! I love that you were able to show us multiple uses for this mushroom technique, and all in 30min 🤯. Thanks for sharing your wonderfully creative ideas with us.
Pure brilliance Louise!!! I’ll agree with a commenter below who said ‘this is a video we didn’t know we needed’ .. because now my minds racing with ideas! All the ways you created with these mushrooms are sooo lovely and natures beauty at the same time. Not the norm for resin projects to be ‘natural’ so this puts a whole new spin on things. Your art is truly inspiring! 💯🙌 **On a side note - my very first tattoo was a colorful magic mushoom LoL 😅 had to add a pair of palm trees & an amethyst sky to round it out later.. one of my earlier works & thank goodness it’s on a ‘cheeky’ where it can’t be seen 😂😂😂. Aww the good ole days.* Thank you for sharing your beautiful art work once again!!! Anytime I see your name pop up I jump on ASAP 🤩🤗💯💯💯

You are amazing..👏 absolutely quite brilliant.. I came to your channel from "Pouring your heart out" and subscribed straight away.. Your voice and giggle lights up the whole of TH-cam..✨ I'm new to resin and I'm going to try out all sorts of things by following you Louise.. These mushrooms are sooooo clever .. 🤩❤️
And another fantastic video! Your ideas are really unbelievable. Thank you so much for sharing, Louise.🙏🏼 I really appreciate it. These mushroom thingies are so cute, my favorite is the night light. I can totally understand your hubby for sneaking it.☺️😅 Have a wonderful week.🥰
The mushrooms look great and they shouldn't be perfect if they are the woodland variety, I stumbled across your video by accident but it's a happy one 'cos I subscribed to your channel.
Very neat!! Instead of cling film try plastic shopping bags. I have a collection of them for resin as they are HDPE and do not stick. :) I am going to have to try this idea for making my jellyfish tops. :D Thanks so much for sharing! Oh and try letting the paint fully dry for days or even a week. That help with resin issues when covering paint. I learned that the hard way with my pour paintings. - Heidi
I love this! Thank you for a beautiful tutorial, and for figuring out all the technicalities of making these look so finished. I can’t wait to make some 🥰
Next step, faeries and gnomes perhaps to compliment? Nice work as always, I can't say I have any particular love for mushrooms but I respect the fact that you always challenge yourself to do new things and I think they turned out quite well. I actually prefer your first piece on the bed of diamond things, even if it went array, the base is cleaner in appearance I think. And for the record, I certainly don't mind sped up footage, I will often watch tutorials in double speed even if they are already sped up. Which I actually don't with your videos, I like to just calm my brain down and go through at your pace. But no, sped up stuff is fine.
@@LouiseSingletonCreations Louise, I am trying to recreate the appearance of the original pyramids in a brilliant white limestone, but from what I have read about using ground up limestone stuff that I have found online is that it turns out a little more grey because it isn't cleaned or filtered properly. Do you know of anywhere that sells brilliant white cleaned marble/limestone powder? If you don't know of any brilliant white marble wash, what other (if possible completely natural) whites could you recommend that wouldn't look dirty? I would like to avoid synthetics pigments if I can.
Hmm I don’t know about limestone powder but Plaster of paris works great in the pyramid moulds, it’s more of a creamy white finish though. Have you thought of using Jesmonite? It takes pigment much better than plaster does and I’m sure you can get white jesmonite pigment (probably not natural though.
Great idea! I'm not at all familiar with garden wiring and wanted to utilize ideas without the lights, so any ideas for a "stem" would be greatly appreciated. Initially I thought the clay would act as the stem but am I correct that it's simply for making that cone-like mushroom top shape? I don't normally have clay on hand so I'll try to come up with an alternate option. Thank you for such a great project
Those are really cute. I think I can pull this off. the stems are just painted electiduct? that's very clever. have you tried paining on a little resin onto the stems?
Yay 🍄🍄🍄🍄 this is the resin video I didn't know I needed 🤩🤩🤩 brilliant
Thank you so much Maria. It’s refreshing to do something completely different now and again, nature is the best inspiration!
Me too...I’ve been wanting to make mushrooms since I started using resin.
Way cool Louise! Way cool!! 💖💖💖

Ah thank you so much Sandy. I must remember to always start my day with reading my TH-cam comments because it makes me feel so happy and positive.
Extremely cute! Great projects, you are incredibly detailed!

Thank you for watching and subscribing. That is the beauty of nature’s imperfection, it is so forgiving when you try to mimic it.

Thank you so much for the tips. I normally would leave the paint for longer but I was impatient to get my filming finished. That’ll teach me.

Thank you so much, I know what you mean about the serving board one, it somehow looks more natural. So glad you didn’t need to speed it up!

How did you cover up the light that was in between each stem?
It was on the underneath so it was blocked out.
Use double sided tape . It will hold your battery packed .
So you have glued the mushrooms, right on top of the lights... I am surprised that any light comes out.
Just amazing 👏 ❤🍄🟫🍄🟫🍄🟫
