A cool suggestion for the dice axe, instead of using glue, why not try a push and turn lock system? Then maybe you could move the handle to different weapons or you could take apart the axe and replace broken parts if need be.
And remember kids, when adding magnets to a 3D print start with one magnet on the lid part and then use this magnet to get the right orientation for the other magnets for the box part. then go the other way round for the other magnets in the lid. that way you will not mix it up.
or, if ya wanna play a dangerous game, glue one side of the pair in the lid then glue the other side of the pair into the box without separating, I am not responsible for damaged or destroyed parts though.
for the d20 box i would do that for 4 of them, then reverse the last pair. that way the lid only fits one way, with the numbers arranged the proper way for a d20. (for example the lid has north facing out for 4/5 and south for the last one, and the box has south facing out for 4/5 and north for the last one)
Lol that was the first thing i thought of when i seen him go to put the magnets in ive made that mistake with projects and i always do that now or ill prep them if i know im using them for something that requires magnets enclosed on two ends
I got the collapsible dice tower (the exact same model) printed for me as a gift and I can definitely recommend it if you plan to travel with your D%D set as it's really easy and safe to transport.
Creality Ender 3 3D Printer is something my buddy bought and has made some pretty good stuff. Mostly banjo Kazooie stuff but its only 189 on Amazon where he got it from. Has had it for a while now
How do you take video such that the print head is out of the way every time? Is the camera connected to the printer and it's in the gcode of the print? Can you point me to a resource to try and film like that? Thanks! Love your stuff!
i have to buy the mechanical box one stl, i personally dont have a 3d printer but my close friend does and he always prints me shit like the minis for a dnd game/cool weird shit i ask for/dice boxes all of those lmao
Parfect name for that axe: "Hatchet of Fate" Simple name, I know. Not a whole lot of brain power went into it. But what else could you call an axe that stores dice inside of it? ... "Tumblestone Splitter"! Just thought of another one as I was typing this.
Boy I wish I had a printer so I could print myself replacements for dice my son took and never gave me back or the chest that they were in for that matter, pretty sure he never bought that.
What's with the improperly sized, weak magnets.I noticed several times the magnets were at least an 1/8th smaller than they should be for the openings and they are weak as all get out....
the baseplate could be covered by fabric to solve that. the side though are quite flimsy. thats one of the prints magnets or other sorts of connectors would have been great in.
Models, printer and filaments used are linked in the video description!

An artificer themed dice holder

TL:DR
Print two magnet pens. One for each polarity. You'll never guess again.
I got the collapsible dice tower (the exact same model) printed for me as a gift and I can definitely recommend it if you plan to travel with your D%D set as it's really easy and safe to transport.
Me : *roll the dice *
Friend : "well? What numbers did you get?"
Me : "YEET!!!"
My dad's coworker printed some minis I made in Blender. I think a d20 could be modeled and printed pretty quickly too.
Yes it most definitely can, although I thing weight could be an issue. (Weighted dice)
@@theholyelmo5150 you just put infill to 100%. i printed some dice and they are all balanced
I really love the first one it looks satisfying when it open and close sadly I don't have a 3d printer
your library might have one
My printer was under 300 dollars. Its an endor 2 and it works marvelously. My point being, 3d printers are getting muxh cheaper than ever now
Same
I actually have a yeet dice! I love it!
I love the double fist table slam when the nat 1 came up XD
Well that explains the masses of sales of that d20 recently 😂 thanks so much mate👍👍
YES! We need a part 2!!!!
That hit point tracker is awesome wish i had a 3d printer would print one oh well one can dream. All the stuff in this video is awesome.
Creality Ender 3 3D Printer is something my buddy bought and has made some pretty good stuff. Mostly banjo Kazooie stuff but its only 189 on Amazon where he got it from. Has had it for a while now
I'd remove one digit, and color the first in green, to make it a poison+lifepoint-counter for MTG.
Could also make copper, silver, electrum, gold, and platinum colored ones for currency instead of writing it all down all the time!
@@rainboworange the thingverse for the life counter has 2, 3, 4 and 2x2 counters so you could totally make the 3 and print one of the dials in green
The Yeet die is amazing.
Thanks mate😁
The fact that “1” is replaced by f**k… XD
Oh, that dice holder is neat. I'd use it for various D6 and counters and such for MtG, and the holder itself would be my life counter.
This dude loves his dice so much, he keeps them in an axe! 👍
Great quality.
Channel name checks out, these are kickass 3D prints. Well done!
When I see the thumbnail I tought it was the thing from gravity falls. It was the first thing that come to my mind.
Cecil's words are beyond wise but extra so in this ^^
As a person in a campaign I approve of all of this
i want that Yeet D20.
And i could use that Hit Point Tracker for my Yugioh adventures as well
That's the coolest goddamn thing I've ever seen. Yeah dice. That's what I'm gonna keep in there.
Wonder where he gets the magnets from so I can start doing some of these 3D projects
Amazon or eBay! I always extra for future prints that might need them so I have a collection of different sizes in my studio
Thanks for telling me where to buy you okay so I can start my projects also love the videos continue the great work
Nice video, never thought about printing stuff for dice. Now I'm going to start printing some to take to my channel. They will be cool 😉
Ive never had superglue work that well with 3D prints, I've always had to use Gorilla Glue that had a long set time
What is the filament you used for the axe?
I must say. These are some Kickass 3D Prints.😉
Thank you for your work
you have to be a creative person to play with these 3d printers, the only time i used it i made a beer holder lol
The nat 1 never fails because he got that 1 first
How do you take video such that the print head is out of the way every time? Is the camera connected to the printer and it's in the gcode of the print? Can you point me to a resource to try and film like that? Thanks! Love your stuff!
do you have a Etsy or any where you sell the pieces u make?
Awesome job nicely done
My favourite is easily the yeet dice
my friend's dad printed out the dice boxes for everyone in our dnd group
Hey. Love the videos
i have to buy the mechanical box one stl, i personally dont have a 3d printer but my close friend does and he always prints me shit like the minis for a dnd game/cool weird shit i ask for/dice boxes all of those lmao
Wish I knew someone that had had one and would print stuff for me the hit counter and dice holder looks amazing would love to have one of each.
I’m the designer of that model, glad you like it
all of these storage ideas could be applied to other things than dice.
-Time to roll the dice-
do you have a website I could buy this stuff since I don't have or know anyone that owns a 3d printer
Parfect name for that axe: "Hatchet of Fate"

what the hell does YEET DO!!
Boy I wish I had a printer so I could print myself replacements for dice my son took and never gave me back or the chest that they were in for that matter, pretty sure he never bought that.
I don't wanna make any of this, I just wanna buy it. Can I get a link
What's with the improperly sized, weak magnets.I noticed several times the magnets were at least an 1/8th smaller than they should be for the openings and they are weak as all get out....
Made the dice tower. My friend loved it but it broke in his bad. Lack of durability. But it was fun while it lasted.
I bet you can roll the D20 Dice holder like an actual D20.
Funny thing, the numbers are not mixed up like on a regular D20. This is a spindown-die, like for MTG, and can be used as a (life) point-tracker...
You can I have that as a gift. It was left blank so I could paint it.
Didn't they use one of those to open the book of the dead in The Mummy with Brendan Fraser?
What's the first print, if I may ask?
You sound print Bayblades next
Did that a couple videos ago! :)
Uau ... great , love it.
what is your 3d print u use? i mean the brand
name of product
Prusa Mk3. Links and more info in the description :)
I bet you could even print a Key 🗝️ blade too.
let me guess, the Yeet dice has Yeet for the 20 and the F-bomb for 1?
Why am I watching this video at 3AM?
Because it's 420
Vc tem dado em casa?
Why am I here I don't have a 3d printer I don't even like D&D and never have
It's cool, but this is like bringing something pretty at elementary school. That thing is gonna get destroyed before lunch break

If you use metal dice that folding try is gonna be more annoying then useful
the baseplate could be covered by fabric to solve that. the side though are quite flimsy. thats one of the prints magnets or other sorts of connectors would have been great in.
Instead of yeet it should have said yolo.
