Your reaction to the initial disappointment of getting to the medical center and finding out that the prerequisites were not in place is fantastic. I have learned to be nonplussed when things do not go as planned. It honestly takes too much energy to get upset and mess up the rest of your day with that reaction and it not making a difference to the situation on ground. Thank you for continuing to teach us how to cope when our situation is imperfect. ❤
As a middle aged black person who has always been weird and creative and had chronic illnesses since high school - you are so affirming. Black respectability policing doesn't just relate to class norms but non-mainstream cultural preferences as well. You are a joy and an inspiration whether you are upbeat or struggling. Thank you.
Hi Eryk, lovely to see you. Fantastic to see the water, always a good idea. I’m at the hospital on Thursday for biopsies and tests. Storm in the uk, and a weekend for hibernating. Thank you for being here, you matter xxx ❤️❤️
I like how you make getting your labs done less ‘ick’. There are sooo many it’s worth turning it into something that makes you smile. Moonstruck is my favorite movie because it shows how through fear you might make rules that will have you take wrong turns, but following your heart puts you back on track. I just watched A Gentleman in Moscow and it was very good- how even in the worst circumstances you can have joy and so many other things 🥰 plus it was fast paced and not depressing despite the topic. Anyway nice seeing you- Cheers! 🦋
Eryk, you’re so patient! Having to go back to the lab! I wanna be that easy going like you. I love Devil Wears Prada so much too. Thanks for taking us by the water! Have a great weekend 🍁🍂💕
Honestly I was pretty stressed about it, but I was determined to get it done that day and I really want to get this surgery done this month so I will do whatever I have to get this done before the Winter Solstice.
I am having a sick day. I am so glad you got a bonus free day!! Great movie choices and more important reasons! I never had a plan B. Once my plan A was out there was not any replacement.
PICKLES! I should have added pickles, I will next time. Thanks for liking my outfit! The less I worry about looking weird, the better I look (in my opinion).
Love the unicorn bandaid! I also change them but for other reasons. I usually react to the tape they use so I change for something I know I won’t react.
I get frustrated with the Doc appointments, especially this time of year. Then our dog got an ear infection, and took her to the vet. When winter sets in I just want to hibernate. Oh well. One of my favorite movies was ..A man called Horse. It’s an old movie, it always stayed with me, not sure why.
I’m convinced certain stories, be they movies or books stay with us for a reason. Maybe a lesson learned, or somewhere in the story we see ourselves or who we could/ wish to be. I would love to hibernate during the winter and not deal with most people for a few months.
You were a super trooper getting your labs done, what a run around. It really messes me up when an appointment or something i have to do doesn't go as planned. I'll take a silly bandage over a boring one any day. I remember when the Blade movie was coming out and thinking Wesley Snipes was the perfect pick for that part.I have yet to watch Deadpool & Wolverine but I will soon! I was so glad he convinced Hugh Jackman to return because he IS Wolverine as far as I am concerned. Just like Ryan Reynolds is definately Deadpool. I don't know that anyone else will ever have the impact on those characters like those two. It was awesome to watch Jackman in Les Miserables after seeing him as Wolverine. Peace & Love my friend. 😊❤
I agree! They were such perfect fits for those characters. While I was upset about having to go back, being able to go again and see the exhibit in between was a bright and shining silver lining.
My favorites films are: 1. The Naked Civil Servant - about a gay man in the 30s, London. So poigant and about the individual in a harsh society. 2. Children of Men - about a dystopian future without children. 3. Le Souper - French film about a dinner during the French revolution 4. The Libertine - Johnny Depp in a 16th century romp through Restoration England 5. Priscilla, Queen of the Desert: a pink bus traveling thru the desert wth three drag queens. Honourable mention / 6 6. Orlando: life-changing, gender blending metamorphic film about an Elizabethan aristocrat who becomes a Georgia era lady. Lives 400 years and changes life, sex and personality. Brilliant film. ❤❤❤❤ Also I have to make some music for you haha I keep forgetting to
Hi friend, back in the day Blade was one of my favs as well, because I was crushing on Wesley Snipes lol. Got a question does your wife bake Gluten Free products? Does she sell them online? I have Gluten/Wheat and Dairy issues. Hope you and your family have a very Blessed Weekend.
The orange is Angelus, I mainly use that brand for sneakers. I didn’t have enough black, so I mixed three different paints together with a bit of thinner and it was a very happy accident.
Maybe I'm going to hell for this, but I was watching a video of "healleulaha" song, and I decided to watch your video to the backdrop of that song and it was so incredibly satisfying. I started watching your video about a little bit into the song, but I'm going to link it here because it made me cry.....watching you to this song, made me tear up a little. Because it's so real and so beautiful. Your life is so beautiful. th-cam.com/video/_agPRjt_2ns/w-d-xo.html sorry if this is bad. I'm so sorry. but I thougt it was beautiful maybe it isn't. I don't know.

I’m all about plans B through X, when possible
Great to see you. Love the cosy cardigan and scarf with your kilt. You rock that look ❤ Ploughman's Lunch here would have pickles with it. Cheers 🥕

That’s even more important! Glad you are able to have ones that your skin can tolerate on hand.

These sound interesting, I’ll have to look them up.
@@Eryykc i thought you would appreciate them too ✨

She does, she doesn’t sell online, not yet. She’ll get there one day.
@@Eryykc Thanks and I hope so, because everytime you show her baked goods, they look yummy,
What did you use to dye the sneakers? Thanks. ( thanks for being here. My life is seems nicer, easier as you share with us).
