For me, nobody in the top 5 has really stood out as the obvious #1 all year. Most complete team I would say is Michigan. This is gonna be a good playoff.

Yup. Auburn, Stanford x2, USC, Ohio State, Michigan State, Auburn, Arizona State, and finally Washington x3. I think that's all the major chokes since 2010.
Matt, love your energy here. The sad thing is that a very good league is finished. A league with very good rivalries. UW's schedule for next year, as a member of the Big 10, is inferior to this year's schedule. I cannot, for the life of me, see any good reason for dissolving the PAC 12. This is the dumbest thing imaginable. But, it is what it is and there isn't a damn thing I can do about, except root for the UW Huskies. ROBBIE FRANTZ, Lynnwood, Washington
What's scary is one of the oldest interstate rivalries in college football (definitely west coast college football) is broken up and not a word was mentioned as the season closes or in their last game. That is the Stanford -Washington rivalry. Which is probably the oldest with most statistical parity in all college football. JUST imagine if Ohio State and Michigan went to different conferences and stopped playing each other because the rivalry becomes meaningless to continue. Then they don't even mention it to the audience, or in sports media very much!!!
IIRC you said earlier that Washington was lucky and Oregon would beat them. Washington beat Oregon twice. Twice. Glad you finally saw that. And I GREATLY enjoyed watching Dan Lanning lose.
To me Dan Lanning looks like a mid level boss from a bad mafia movie. Not the big boss at the end, but one from the middle of the movie that gets knocked down and passes on information in exchange for his life. Sorry for the detour.
If u watched the first game then u would agree. Washington was lucky to win. But last night Washington completely out played them. Washington had been looking pretty terrible ever since the Oregon win while Oregon had been looking dominant so of course we thought Oregon would win.
As a Michigan fan I thought Washington would be the best matchup for Michigan. Now not so much lol I think that spread offense will give Michigan some issues. Although having 3 nfl receivers would give most teams fits. I’ll just hope Michigan controls clock and limits possessions for them . Oh and that they beat Iowa to even get in

When Washington got on 3rd down with about 2 minutes left, I knew they were going to pass. That’s part of the reason why Washington wins all of the close games, they are very aggressive in late game situations. I don’t understand why more teams aren’t more aggressive in that situation. If I’m Oregon, the last thing I want Washington to do is throw the ball. I’m no offensive mastermind, but if I was the OC, I would call the plays that my opponent would feel very uncomfortable with.

But Oregon just kept cruising along and no one could slow them down. And I think I can speak for all husky fans when I say their talent in all positions especially on offense, strikes fear in people.
Ohio state don’t have no quality wins. Tired of people mentioning Penn state a quality win. Penn state beats up on lesser teams, but loses to on par teams and better teams. Name one quality win Penn state has.
I think RG3 is just saying they should both be in because the Pac 12 is the best conference and and in terms of skill he thinks that Oregon is better than Ohio State and Texas and even FSU if the argument that they don’t have their QB succeeds. The top 4 would be Georgia, Michigan, Washington, Oregon.
