Workout completed 🎉🎉🎉 Never ever underestimate a Burpeegirl workout. This was way more intense than I anticipated lol....very doable of course but intense....im dripping sweat and my mat is wet lol. 😅 I loved this one....cant believe it took me so long to do this. Just completed this workout with 3lbs weights, trying to get back to my fitness regime. This was perfect, easy on the joints, but works up a sweat! I love the pace of your workouts and the 10 sec intervals and breaktimes. I prefer the soothing music and videos with little to no talking 😅

I am convinced that even with small weights, the exercises must be very demanding. I can't wait to try it. Certainly, I will not take weights of 5 lbs. As always, I have immense pleasure with doing your exercises either of 30 or 35 minutes. For more than 2 years, it has been important for me to do this. Ballet or pilates before, your exercises afterwards and I always finish with stretching. A total of 1h30 in my morning daily. Thank you for these beautiful shares which are very important to me and so appreciated.🥰👍🇨🇦

Dont laugh at me Andrea, but I prepared my workout with my 3kg as that is what I do with most of your dumbbell workouts ( i should have read the instructions ;-) I quickly dropped down to my 2kg and managed to finish part 1 and mid way to part 2 I had to switch to my 1kg... As you can imagine, my arms are all floppy now 🤣🤣. Thanks for an awesome burn 🙂
