I don't think this suits the Indian taste palate. if I am going to eat this with rice or roti then it will be difficult. keeping above the recipe same, size of the leaves can be reduced.

This leaf is not a part of traditional Indian cuisine, so don't expect it to satisfy your Indian taste palate.. But we all eat International Cuisine food items . Treat this like that. The sesame and soy sauce will give u a comfort food feeling when combined with rice
