Sorry to hear of your loss. But do remember all those happy memories. I lost my wee Maisie in July 2021 still shed tears about her but alot of good feelings as well. I do hope you get a wee angel when the time is right. I had a wonderful surprise at the end of July 2022 a litter of pups were born my wee maisies neice and nephews. So I now have a wonderful wee girl Hetty 7 mths old black and silver. A real snuggle bug. Lastly schnauzer mom thank you and your 7 sweetes give to us all. Love from Ireland x ❤️ 💖 💕

Since she was my 4th schnauzer, I know this breed has a way of getting in your heart and staying there and only schnauzer folks understand that fully. My groomer has repeatedly invited me to come to the spaw for 'dog energy'. But anyone who knows and loves schnauzers knows that they are not just any dog. Glad your new snuggle bug is in your life, waiting for mine.
Hi Kim, I did not get any snow because I'm on the Florida/Alabama line. It was 67 deg when I got up this morning, I think it's close to 80 F as I write this. My sympathies, I lived in Maine until a few years ago after spending several decades of shoveling snow and bone chilling temperatures. I wholly understand. But I do miss the cold fresh air, the crunch of snow under my feet and the dogs running through the snow in their play yard. Not enough to go back, though. I remember the bone crunches as I slipped and crashed to the ground too. Ugh. Stay upright while you rescue Mr. Grant, and careful kicking that ball to Miggy. I grew up near Toronto. I remember storms like this. Which is why I moved to California then Las Vegas many years ago. I do not miss that white stuff. No snow blowers just back breaking shoveling! Ick!! Stay safe a d warm.
Wow! I’ve never been in that much snow. I live in GA though, and in my part of the state, we only ever see flurries about every other winter. Great video! ❤
Use the snow blower out back to make paths! That’s what we do here in Colorado. We also put down tarps to make potty areas. Just lift up and tarp sized clean areas.. whalla! 🐾😄
@@SchnauzerMom it’s just like using a shovel. Sadly, your shovel does more damage than the snow blower does. The grass comes back in pretty great in the late spring/early summer after the snow stops. There are a few spots where the grass didn’t come in, but that was from the shovel. We started using tarps, laying them down and it saves a lot of work. 🐾😉
HUGS! We're just as sick of winter as you are.... Major has been driving Dad nuts today.... we are all chomping at the bit for spring to come! so sick of this cold weather!
Well I don’t like winter 🥶. We’ve been lucky this year, we’ve only had about 3 to 4 inches of snow all winter. Didn’t miss it at all. We had rain all day Friday, about 2 inches. It’s good to see Mr. Grant doing much better. Blessings. 🥰❤️

I was in the Kalamazoo area for a month back in November and I definitely wasn’t a fan of the snow🙈 haha Born and raised in Southern California and for the first time last week we got snow in areas that it hadn’t snowed in over 30+ years! Hope you and the boys stay warm and safe for the remaining of winter!
I think you got what we had last week here in Minnesota. Where it was in drifts also. I got up at 2 am and did the driveway before work at 6am. I went to take a nap before work and it was coming down heavier. I had to get a ride from a coworker that had a bigger vehicle to held going through the snow my car wouldn't do it.
Wow Kim thats alot of work to do even that in your backyard. Maybe try the snowblower. I might try the tarp suggestion as I can't even begin the fence lines you have done!!!! I also am extremely tired of it too over here in Royal Oak. I have alot of nerve pain and muscle weakness so I keep doing things to make my life easier...remote car starter!!!!
