Yay! so happy to hear you had a lovely holiday and no there isn't nothing like your own bed. I always go straight to my bed and lay on it and say I missed you 😂
Five books that is amazing and you had some great reads in there.
I really want to get more of Freida McFadden books I have enjoyed them all so far. 5* for TheTeacher makes me want to get it sooner 👀
I did see! I am being good and an adult about it and haven't pre-ordered it because it is only out in hardback so waiting for the paperback. But that being said I have been thinking of getting it on my kindle or audible because it's killing me to wait and I am not that much of an adult 😂
I really hope they all go well darling. Will be thinking of you as always and sending you big warm hugs. Keep me posted on your reads love hearing about what you read because it normally ends up on my wish list 😂

the tbr jar gave a great mix of genres for, gulp, july - yay! (weren’t we just approaching the christmas holidays? 🧐 2024 sure is in a hurry 😳)
i’ve heard great things about the mask of mirrors/rook and rose. looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it.
ha, i’m currently contemplating whether to buy that edition of the serpent and the wings of night with the snake on the edge.. i don’t need it, i have the (still unread 🫣) ebook, but i have a feeling it’s starting to sell out.. but if i buy the first one in the series as a special edition.. 😂 maybe i’ll pretend to be an adult for once and stick with the ebooks.

I am glad it isn't just me that thinks this year is going so fast🤯
I am currently reading the rook and rose trilogy. Really enjoying it. It is quite a dense fantasy a big cast of characters and a lot going on.
I feel like you are going to reply to me saying you brought the book 😂 I think when it comes to buying books neither of us are capable of making adult decisions😂 I am wishing you a great reading month as well darling.

@@cuddysbookshelf well, i was almost adulting 🤣 then the price dropped and i bought both books - they arrived today 🥰
inexplicably, i ended up starting a lit fic mystery, the god of the woods. slow start but i’m intrigued where it’s going.
i heard that rook and rose is more dense and political, my zombie summer brains probably wouldn’t be able to handle it 🤭 looking forward to hear your thoughts during your july wrap up!

I'm currently reading books not on my tbr for a different vlog and loving my time. But going back to the liars knot when I can 📚👀📚 so many books 😂
