I laughed when you cut the chassis with the saw. I did the same thing with a too short chassis 😁 Anyway, your work is perfect. Excellent run and nice look for this Corvette 👌
Thank you very much, really glad you like it! The stretch may not be the most sophisticated but it works and it holds together really well (I have done this before...). 😊😊
Thank you very much Carl! I bought this body in the early 1990s for a nitro car, Flying Point Probe, a now defunct brand from Taiwan. The car gave up when I converted it to electric - electric is more powerful than nitro - but the body is still nice. And, indeed, the rear suspension in the home build is from that car! 😁😁

It's a Corvette, all right. Congratulations on an excellent build and a good run vid, recorded in the freezing cold.
Thank you very much! One good thing with the cold is that it kept the length of the video down, because the battery died faster than usual...🥶🥶😁😁

Thank you! Nice that my video can spread some joy! 😊The hacksaw is a sometimes underrated tool, but can be your best friend when you need it! 😁😁
@@Georgieframe That's exactly it, I also like the hacksaw sometimes 😁
Oh! I remember now!
You're just very human! 😊😊
@@Georgieframe...and becoming more human as I get older, I fear...
Awesome looking RC and cool run
Thank you very much! Glad you like my little run in the cold! 😁😁
NICE Frame stretch! Hope it holds together. It definitely runs nicely!! 👍👍

@@Georgieframe It doesn’t have to look good, it just needs to work! 😉

Thank you very much for checking in and commenting! I´m really glad you like it! 😊😊
40mm?! I see a pattern here with chassis mods because cars are too small 🤣.
Nice shell and goes fantastic 👍🍺🇬🇧
