Thanks Tess, I have been wondering how to train myself in transcription.
I think this was good info. I feel a way to level this up would have been to actually do the tests to give everyone and even more clear understanding and just confidence that it’s not rocket science 😅 perhaps make a video actually do some of this practices for those that are actually trying to learn . Some are theoretical learners but majority of humans are practical Learners

How do you familiarise yourself with the business side like dealing with clients and giving professional quotes and putting yourself out there to attract clients because I have no experience in business and sales etc. Any advice on how to overcome this?

Thank you for showing me in detail why I would never want to do this work. I played around with this for a few days, and although I am university educated and utilized the latest AI in my practice, it quickly became clear this was mind-numbing slave labor. I have to say I feel sorry for anyone who is forced by economic circumstances to do this kind of work, ie: living in a backwater country where $5 an hour could be a living wage! There is however good income from making TH-cam videos teaching others to try this stupidity.
