Hey! We tried this out today and we got the first step down. However, we just can't make the flyer fit through the legs. We're both the same height, are their any tips on how it could still work out?
Hi Dave, thank you for these excellent videos. I have a problem transitioning from reverse bird to low foot to hand. When I grip my partners heels with the peace fingers and bring her foot forward, I can't stack my elbow and wrist on top of each other. I feel my partner is tall, so her legs are longer giving me no room to get into low foot to hand. Any suggestions? Can she maybe bend her knees to give me more room to stack initially?

The flyer can do a crunch while going throught the legs to make it easier to pass through
