    Wish the medics would listen to these words of wisdom and factual results.Medication is not the only answer but its the only
    option many of us are given.Its not easy trying to do it on your own when trainers in gyms know nothing about the condition.Some people may prefer to pay up for meds which can have serious side effects rather than tackle the effort of a physical regime.Others prefer to avoid these meds but have little or no support.

      100% and under supervision. As Belinda mentions in the video, it needs to be highly targeted and very hard in order to load the bones correctly.
