- This is an older video from 2022 where I wild camped on the iconic Isle of Skye, before I moved to the Philippines.
The Islae of Skye is a beautiful island off the west coast of Scotland. In this video I camp on the beach overnight and visit various attractions such as Kilt Rock, Old Man of Storr, Quirang, Eileen Donan Castle and more.

Hi all! This is an old video, but I really enjoyed this trip so I wanted to share it on here again. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the original so it's limited to 720p. I was quite experimental and learning a lot with video editing at this time so excuse the transitions. Enjoy!
That place is magical. Reminds me of King Arthur and his knights.
Amazing❤
Wow a nice place ❤
Thanks for sharing. Philippines misses you...

Spectacular sceneries. I actually often see photos of Isle of Skye on FB coz i follow some Scottish tourism pages. I also even commented one time asking if people are allowed to swim in that beach with crystal clear waters. I don't think i got a clear answer. Is it allowed or not? Or perhaps it's also too cold to swim in. :)
Yes you can swim no problem 👍 Yes it's freezing cold 🥶
@@Craig_in_Asia Ah, that's why. 😁
Hi I have a question about drones, I'm visiting Isle of Skye in a June, I'm from the States, I already registered to fly my drone in the UK. I do have a DJI mini 4 249 gram drone which I understand is ok to fly there.
But I also own a Mavic 3 pro, will I be able to fly that drone as well, it has much better cameras, is permitted to take off in the UK?
I'd rather just bring 1 drone but don't want to miss out the great locations to fly.
I'm not an expert or anything but I can tell you that the chances of anyone enforcing drone laws in the Isle of Skye is literally 0, so I'm sure you'd be absolutely fine 👍 Hopefully there's no GPS restrictions on the bigger drone is my only thought? I don't own anything but the Mini SE. Enjoy the trip!
@@Craig_in_Asia Great thanks for the information and reply. I had thought of the GPS restrictions as well.
