Thank you for the feedback. I will advise you change the battery first like I did when same situation persisted. Changing the battery permanently fixed the issue. It’s been a year of smooth driving now

is this a temporary fix? my 2018 glc 300 has this issue "reverse not possible visit service" I don't want to just clear the code if that is what this video is accomplishing?
Same here, I have a 2014 Mercedes Benz A250 sport. I got stuck on a road with my son at night. It says “without changing gear, consult workshop”. It won’t even go on neutral. Radio works, all lights work so it’s not a battery problem.

What if the car has a start button?
You can pop off the start button off of it and behind it has the Manual key slot to turn on the vehicle

Could it be you opened one of the doors or used the car multimedia during the reset process. Please avoid this and try again.
