✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
For Syrup:
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 400 Gram
* Water(पानी) - More than 1 cup
* Cardamom Powder(इलाइची पाउडर) - 3-4
For Jalebi Batter:
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 1 Cup/125 Gram
* Eno Fruit Salt (ईनो फ्रूट सॉल्ट) - 1 Sachet
* Water(पानी) - 1 Cup
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
* Oil(तेल) - For frying
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - For Garnishing
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Jaggery Syrup, keep the pan on the flame & put Jaggery, Water, and Cardamom Powder in it. Cook until the Jaggery gets dissolved & becomes sticky. then turn the flame off.
For Jalebi, take a big bowl & some put Wheat Flour, Water, Ghee, and Eno Fruit Salt. Mix all well. Then fill the batter into the cone & make Jalebis. Fry them on a slow flame. After 1 min turns the Jalebi & fry until they get golden in color. Take out the Jalebi & remove the extra Oil & then put it in the lukewarm Sugar Syrup then after 1 min take out it on the plate. Garnish with nicely chopped Pistachio & enjoy the juicy Jalebis. This way, Juicy & Tasty Jalebi will get ready at home easily.
