I tried both the ways to make Jalebis and they were fantabulously awesome. In Latur we have stopped getting pure ghee jalebis for some reasons except for bulk orders so we stopped eating jalebis that we used to do once every 2 3 weeks. Now because of you I could make the desi ghee ke Jalebis at home. Friends and family especially my parents are in love with how authentic it tastes even though made at home. Yesterday my brother followed your instant jalebi recipe and made the yummiest jalebi ever. Even better than shops. Obviously it was his first time and we all were practicing how to get the shape properly, but if it tastes good, it's easy to ignore the shape. He's 15, and he's a foodie. Loves cooking and from the last 3-4yrs he's sneaking into the kitchen whenever mom's not around to try and cook something (from 1yr he doesn't need to sneak in 😅). Yesterday I made them on the occasion of Independence Day 🇮🇳🇮🇳....and they turned out to be perfect at my very first attempt🤩🤩...the shape, taste everything was perfect like authentic 'Melar dokan er jilipi' ( sweet shop of fair of kolkata) .....my whole family loved the 'Jilipis' ( bengali of jalebi).....the jilipis turned out very ' cripsy ' 😜😜....I followed the fermented batter recipe...And also I am a great fan of yours ♥️♥️

Tried it today.....went absolutely perfectly Suggestions: Control the sugar amount....it becomes extra sweet with this amount...I thus diluted the syrup and added orange food colour instead of saffron coz that's pocket friendly and I have a bias for Orange Jalebies...yellow doesn't give the village like feel😋
