As for comparing it with a Leatherman multi-tool, it should be compared in the same price range, around $52 (aliexpress). In this price range, Leatherman offers the BOND, WINGMAN, SIDEKICK, REV ...
Picked up the knife version with 6 additional and very useful blades. I've been thinking about the multi-tool but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. I'll go back and check but I think I recall you giving the scissors a thumbs up last year. Might be worth having. Good to see all the blades available, thank you.
I've had my phantom for about 3 weeks, right now it's my EDC. I changed the knife to the serrated, the scissors are great. the Phillips is not great. really want to the next model, maybe even more modular where can change more than one blade
Cet outil est super mais mon petit hic c'est le manque de porte embouts et le fait qu'ils n'aient pas développé la "lame" clé polygonale. J'aime beaucoup le système des lames interchangeables surtout le fait de pouvoir mettre des lames cutter. Je rêverais qu'ils fassent un jour un outil similaire avec 4 lames/outils interchangeables la grosse paire de ciseaux et 3 - 4 petits outils le tout autour de la pince. D'ailleurs j'aurais voulu aussi dans les lames interchangeables soit un porte lames de scie sauteuse soit des lames métal, bois, etc.. une lime, des lames d'électricien, ou des trucs comme des lames à greffer, etc... histoire d'étoffer l'outil par rapport aux usages de chacun. En plus si on peut attacher 4 outils non coupants il est possible que ça puisse passer les aéroports....
Its an interesting and quite innovative idea, however I am skeptical about the practical use for something like this? ....wouldn't it have made more sense to make the tools exchangeable rather than just the knife? ...or what do you think diezelle57?

This is also an interesting piece but I still find it difficult to change blades while you are working. It also seems quite bulky and perhaps not too resistant!
Un peu d'imagination ... Disons un chasseur : taillage de morceau de bois et dépeçage ... Il n'est sans doute pas utile d'emporter toutes les lames mais celles dont on peut penser qu'elles seront utiles au travail à faire. Tous les outils sont verrouillables, grands ciseaux, une scie, un ciseau à bois, un coupe-câble remplaçable, il est bien outillé et moins lourd et encombrant que le Surge ! :) Côté résistance, rien à signaler de négatif. ROXON est une société qui me semble sérieuse, innovante, qui souhaite manifestement se faire un nom dans le monde du multi-tool.

Its awesome that Phantom s802 has interchangeable knives, sir. Almost as amazing as LM Surge, with its replacable saw. But some said that the philips screwdriver in s802 isn't as strong as i thought. Its chipped! Is that true? Have u test its performance n durability, sir? Its nice tools, since its come with its spare nuts n wire cutter. I'd like 2 puchase one. But the weak philip become my consideration though 😅

Does any multi tool (especially from China) has some kinda standarization certificate such as DOT, SNELL, CE or JSO, sir? Just 2 make sure the tool is decent n safe to use though :D
@@justyou9314 The steels used by Leatheman and Victorinox are standardized. I don't think there are standardization certificates relating to multi-tools. A multi-tool must be used with caution: given the steels used by Chinese manufacturers and which also explain the price of their models, you should not expect Leatherman quality (robustness, durability). Safety of use is a function of adaptation to the task... You cannot ask a multi-tool to do everything, to replace a dedicated tool (like a screwdriver from a major toolmaker meeting standards industrial).

I mean after u reviewed it,tested them, compares etc. Do you put them again in special room, fancy air tight box, or just leave em in your tool box n garage? Good day, sir. Im sorry, i got problem with my Nextool Flagship Pro. I've been carrying it about a week. In my jeans pocket. I do also cycling sometimes, with my Flagship Pro in my pocket. When i put it out, it has some water drop all over its parts. Just like a drop when we boiling water. Now my Flagship got rusty in its main blade n saw. I put some wd40 n Singer Oil, but the rust still remain :( do u have advice 4 me, to get rid of those rust stain, sir? Thankyou in advance :D

I love the case you got for this multitool & it's multiple blades
Picked up the knife version with 6 additional and very useful blades. I've been thinking about the multi-tool but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. I'll go back and check but I think I recall you giving the scissors a thumbs up last year. Might be worth having. Good to see all the blades available, thank you.
I've had my phantom for about 3 weeks, right now it's my EDC. I changed the knife to the serrated, the scissors are great. the Phillips is not great. really want to the next model, maybe even more modular where can change more than one blade

Cet outil est super mais mon petit hic c'est le manque de porte embouts et le fait qu'ils n'aient pas développé la "lame" clé polygonale. J'aime beaucoup le système des lames interchangeables surtout le fait de pouvoir mettre des lames cutter.
Je rêverais qu'ils fassent un jour un outil similaire avec 4 lames/outils interchangeables la grosse paire de ciseaux et 3 - 4 petits outils le tout autour de la pince.
D'ailleurs j'aurais voulu aussi dans les lames interchangeables soit un porte lames de scie sauteuse soit des lames métal, bois, etc.. une lime, des lames d'électricien, ou des trucs comme des lames à greffer, etc... histoire d'étoffer l'outil par rapport aux usages de chacun.
En plus si on peut attacher 4 outils non coupants il est possible que ça puisse passer les aéroports....

Its an interesting and quite innovative idea, however I am skeptical about the practical use for something like this? ....wouldn't it have made more sense to make the tools exchangeable rather than just the knife? ...or what do you think diezelle57?

This is also an interesting piece but I still find it difficult to change blades while you are working. It also seems quite bulky and perhaps not too resistant!
Un peu d'imagination ... Disons un chasseur : taillage de morceau de bois et dépeçage ... Il n'est sans doute pas utile d'emporter toutes les lames mais celles dont on peut penser qu'elles seront utiles au travail à faire. Tous les outils sont verrouillables, grands ciseaux, une scie, un ciseau à bois, un coupe-câble remplaçable, il est bien outillé et moins lourd et encombrant que le Surge ! :) Côté résistance, rien à signaler de négatif. ROXON est une société qui me semble sérieuse, innovante, qui souhaite manifestement se faire un nom dans le monde du multi-tool.
@@diezelle57 Un chasseur apporte avec lui d'autres outils ! Ce n'est pas un multitool... en tout cas je ne l'aime pas tellement aussi esthétiquement. L'idée est bonne, c'est sûr qu'elle vaudrait la peine d'être essayée un moment...

Its awesome that Phantom s802 has interchangeable knives, sir. Almost as amazing as LM Surge, with its replacable saw. But some said that the philips screwdriver in s802 isn't as strong as i thought. Its chipped! Is that true? Have u test its performance n durability, sir? Its nice tools, since its come with its spare nuts n wire cutter. I'd like 2 puchase one. But the weak philip become my consideration though 😅

Does any multi tool (especially from China) has some kinda standarization certificate such as DOT, SNELL, CE or JSO, sir? Just 2 make sure the tool is decent n safe to use though :D
@@justyou9314 The steels used by Leatheman and Victorinox are standardized. I don't think there are standardization certificates relating to multi-tools. A multi-tool must be used with caution: given the steels used by Chinese manufacturers and which also explain the price of their models, you should not expect Leatherman quality (robustness, durability). Safety of use is a function of adaptation to the task... You cannot ask a multi-tool to do everything, to replace a dedicated tool (like a screwdriver from a major toolmaker meeting standards industrial).

I mean after u reviewed it,tested them, compares etc. Do you put them again in special room, fancy air tight box, or just leave em in your tool box n garage? Good day, sir. Im sorry, i got problem with my Nextool Flagship Pro. I've been carrying it about a week. In my jeans pocket. I do also cycling sometimes, with my Flagship Pro in my pocket. When i put it out, it has some water drop all over its parts. Just like a drop when we boiling water. Now my Flagship got rusty in its main blade n saw. I put some wd40 n Singer Oil, but the rust still remain :( do u have advice 4 me, to get rid of those rust stain, sir? Thankyou in advance :D
