I play FFBE:WOTV but I'm jealous of all the sprites & the amount of different mainline FF units you guys have.
I can watch those sprites do their limit bursts all day!
IMO, WOTV fell off for, and I ended up going back to FFBE instead. For me, FFBE has much more content, replayability, and as you said variety in FF units to make different teams out of for different content. WOTV for me had become too P2W by the way they handle unit progression and those dreadful summon rates and pity rewards.

What about all the other chain cap raisers? Cause there are some that also have the 100% like lighting, but also have many other stats
To my understanding the only 100% chain cap raisers in the game are Lightning’s stmr and the magister clash of wills gear. You might be thinking of stuff like Olivera’s tmr which raises how fast you get to the cap, not the cap itself.
There are a couple of event limited materia that raise the chain cap, like chain comprehension and the nier exchange materia, but the amount they raise the cap by is usually only 25-50% so it’s generally not worth using them imop unless you don’t have anything better to put in those slots.
@Dan While SOS Lightning's STMR is good, you do have the option of slowly farming Clash of Wills(CoW) to get a piece of Magister's gear, which also raises the chain cap. Of course, the best way to raise the damage of your account is to get stronger units, which as an F2P is usually done by saving up lapis before spending it all on a new unit(I would recommend following someone like Sinzar for this among other things).
TLDR: You should probably just farm CoW until you can get a piece of Magister's gear(most people to my understanding use the ring), also save up lapis for some future unit
I'm actually surprised to see many of the SMTR is from non Neo-Vision... probaby because newer Neo-Vision STMR has low active stats and then a great stat that is restricted to it's own unit..
yeah I think that's the meta nowadays, if a unit doesn't get flat stats for themselves its weird at this point
