I won't lie to you, you've sold me on this mixer, I have jumped mixer to mixer as a small streamer yet this one just hits all the check boxes. Every video I watched on this thing was always used in a Mac-environment or on a phone so me being a Windows boi I wasn't getting 1 to 1 results on experience. Your video really highlighted what this piece of machine is capable of and I'm more excited to get it myself. Keep up the great work I look forward to more of your content!
Same here. It looks like it has all that I need for my voiceovers for my drone vids, some vocal recordings for me and my wife and the UI is pretty straight forward. No need a study like for some devices with endless knobs and switches
Yes it can! The loop back button is what allows it to pick up everything from your computer. Discord, TH-cam, Gameplay, everything. Its just if you have the speed to press the button & if the button actually works when you do the press in time.
Great review! Sorry for the late question. How's the headphone preamps? Did it drive your DT770s flawlessly? How was the volume, latency, and did you hear any artifacts?
Thanks a bunch Matt! To answer, I run the DT 990's 80 ohm, and overall, they run them really well. The monitor output is only 3.5mm jack, so I don't use the 1/4" adapter that the headphones come with. That said, I don't have latency, and the vocal pitch correction, pitch shift, and reverb is all ZERO latency. Super nice device for live streaming these effects & also if you wanted to monitor your voice while doing live sets/gigs. Haven't had any artifacts luckily, and I use this to record my electric into my DAW "Ableton live 12" for recording for my Lofi music I produce on Spotify. Overall, I'd recommend the buy. Only thing that was a shocker to me was going from the live monitor sound from the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 2nd gen, to the monitor sound on the Manocaster e2. I used the scarlett device for 2 years, and had gotten super used to the sound of my own voice through that device. So when I switched to the manocaster, it sounded like my voice was more digital? Kinda hard to explain, but I have gotten used to it at this point. Hope that makes sense. In essence, if you are used to the way your voice sounds from a current audio interface, just be aware that your voice may sound different coming through a different audio interface. LOL Have a great day & sorry for the delayed reply
@@Official_EBELS Hello, may I ask you - whenever you are using your headphones for basic use (listening music, movies, gaming), do you have them plugged into the mixer? Do you use the 6mm jack?
@@erzaskill9494 I plug in to the back side of the AME2. There is a 6mm connection jack for monitoring, and that is where I connect. This way, I can still hear my voice, and also use the device & get a live sound of whats happening!
Hey man, I was wondering if you could help me. So, I am using this audio mixer for streaming but for some reason I cannot control volume of audio from the PC in OBS as a separate track to my MIC. Loopback puts them on one track but then for some reason any video with voice plays in Discord VC. any ideas?
@@Official_EBELS its kinda like im streaming live, so i cannot hear my voice costantly! I have to look around for another one. The fact that i can change my voice and mute myself it was pretty good
@@Unlucky_sux Any particular reason why you dont wanna hear yourself? If you are doing a live production, its always nice to be able to monitor everything.
I have an ame2 sound card, but no matter what I do, the noise never goes away. I always get a noise from the microphone. Ame2 is a nice xlr cable and I use PD200x, please help me.
Did you get the PD200x as a bundle deal with the Manocaster? If so, then I would recommend returning it, and just getting the AME2 alone, with a different mic. I tried their mic, and it was SUPER sensitive, and I didn't like the sound of it overall. You'll have a much better experience with a nicer XLR mic. I use the Elgato Wave DX to it, and if you wanna hear what that sounds like, you can check out a live stream of mine on Twitch. I'll also be live later today 7-18-24 around 5:30 PST
How do you split the audio for Twitch? And is this to get around the DMCAA or whatever it is that flags the audio. That’s the most annoying thing about streaming.
I use a software called Voicemeter which allows me to separate all my audio. There are other ways you can do so easily, but overall, thats the best "free" method out there I have found. Unless you are willing to buy into the Elgato market and get their mics or a Wave DX as your XLR-Mic input. Hope this helps, and I will most likely put out a video on how to do exactly what I described above
No problem! I do intend on creating lot more videos on stream startups & gear, cause I know there are a lot of techy questions that come up through the process @@grimstar8402

Hello mate Thanks for the wonderful video and telling us all the naunces of Moanocaster. Would you please tell me that can i use this with SM7B without a computer?? Can the sound pad record PC audio like TH-cam/ Discord voice chat and then play it back like a funny soundboard?
