I had the opportunity to do one in a group workshop and I experienced a lot of healing and definitely feel lighter and at peace.

If I might ask, what is the difference between Family Constellation and Regression?

That's a fantastic question, regression can be in this life. People do regressions to their childhood or a traumatic moment... my favorite regression type is the eye movement one and specially because you use the connection of optical nerve to support the integration of the memory and repositioning it to a feeling where you are at your best.
Family constellations is the current situation at hand and using your family tree history to navigate how patterns repeats mirroring or in a shadow way.
      Both rewire a system:
      - Family constellations uses the order of the clan.
For regressions in EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing you rewire the neuropathways in your brain.
is like taking a situation taking those neurocircuits all over the place and putting at risk your neurosystem, now to work for you. Just like your brain normally does it at sleep (which is the eye movement part) it looks at U.

surely you can assist or at least become more aware of impacts and change the narrative to help in the present
