I love lamb shanks and have always slow cooked them. I find that a tablespoon of redcurrant jelly and slosh of port at the end of cooking lifts the gravy 😀I'll be trying them in my new Ninja in a couple of months time - thank you for the timing details!

More than welcome. I'm not a fan of Lamb but my husband and dad enjoyed them alot!

OMG I love Lamb & will deffo try this . Would love to know how you get on doing them on pressure Cook another time .
This worked beautifully. Good clear instructions. The lamb fell off the bone. Might try apricots in it next time. Thannk you
