I said it the first time I saw it, It's gorgeous! It feels like an iem I'd take to space 🚀 For a blind buy though, it's past my spending budget, and it may be too bright for my ears. Hope I get the chance to demo it someday, who knows, it might be worth the brain damage. Thanks for another great review and happy new year!
@1:25 FYI, these things are called plugs. "Jack" is for female connectors. Also the one on the left is not "XLR", it is actually called 1/4" (quarter inch) or 6mm TRS (TIP/RING/SLEEVE) connector.
First time seeing the photo at AliExpress before all these reviews, wasn't paying attention to the description, thought it was another Star Wars action figure.
I think this tuning style is the best way to give harman style separation without the harman style shoutyness. With one exception; you need to trim the upper treble a bit. İt's way too sharp, boost is nice but instead of a 12db peak having a 6db plateou is better.
The design is really good they should release like a $100 trim down version of this and different colors also it's too much for most people 👍 I was about to sleep coming from work saw recommendation alert I just can't say no 😍
Nice review, but just curious to know if by accident you didn't get an mutant set because the majority of reviewers had one gripe that the sub bass and Mid bass were not present to satisfy EDM or hiphop genres.
Great content, as always! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
@ yes, I think it’s the aesthetics. It looks really nice. I’d probably end up going back to my DAC but it’s nice to get back to one device while on the go with the Miad 01. I mean, right now I’m walking around with my HiBy, my phone, my BT earbuds, and my iem case. I tried with the dongle attachment for about a week and I’m not a fan. The music quality on my HiBy is a lot better to me, playing my music at .33-38 volume. With a dongle I’m looking at .55-.60 on my iPhone and .65-.70 on my iPad for an engaging sound. Oh and I have to carry around an external charger just to keep all these electronics topped off hahaha
$500.00 U.S. is just so out of reach for many people in the hobby. I truly find it hard to believe that there is that much difference between a 500 dollar set and say a 200 dollar set. I could be totally wrong and that's cool but really. Great review Joyce!
from zero red to b3 it was a technical outclass and way more detail and mids. b3 to vari was a scooped mids with a ton of rumble and airy treble someting cheap iems are terrible at doing without sacrificing a important factor usually price. from vari to dark saber it was a dumpster. eqing midrange and bass with a wide treble was the greatest wow in any iem espically from the saber. no gripes its very underrated to my tastes. dark saber to monarch mk3 is a whole different tuning game. enganging natural tonality with eq is a the smoothest bassiest(Female EDM vari wins on track choice, monarchs good acoustically but does weird things in mids with electronic mastered songs) most wide sounding iem ever. my source is lg v60 qudelix 5k and YTM. being damn near 2500$ deep there is a difference a great difference where music takes over your day. but this is a luxury hobby. only spend what you can after you pay evverything else. ziigaat taking over the value market, i would look at what theyre doing. all iems are eq'd its a must for me. I would get the hisenior est bass for the safest all rounder that bass shelf and unoffensive tuning is a deadly combo.
These are a nice-looking set, and many will probably like these, but I find the tuning choices odd. Mid-bass cut and excess energy at 5 kHz and in the air frequencies...these will be very genre-specific. These definitely won't be a good choice for rock, metal, etc.
Its technical capabilities are truly impressive, and combined with its exquisite timbre, it makes for an exceptional set.
Thank you for the great review, as always. I love Dunu's included cable. One of the best around.
Another great review Joyce!

Useful and informative review thanks 🙏
I love dunu's packaging.

Amazing looking IEMs. Reminds me of Moondrop Space Travel and their smartphone
Moondrop Meteor and Aful P5+2 have kinda similar driver configuration, are you going to review it

Seems to be a polarizing set...some love it, some not to much. Can't imagine going to Mars without them.
Wow that's awesome
nice review
Joyce, where did you get your Apple watch bracelet?

@JoycesReview Good! while the more standard ones, for example, the basic ones, Blon 03 II Have them?
That IEM is so cute, but i dont know this is expressed in quality.
This is true, I was thinking of getting these just to match with the moondrop miad 01 phone. They look like they belong together
@@Hunter4Knowledge Miad01 is a funny thing to me. I realy want one for me. Why? I don't know! Its just a cheap smartphone with a dongle dac inside xD

This and HiBy R4 would be a great pair aesthetically.
After five years, Dunu launches the DK 3001BD with a "hyperdream" design that is completely different from the DK3001 (2016) and DK3001 Pro (2019).

@@vera_bh8091 👍 Great insight
Im sure some dampener at the nozzle can help but yeah, thats unfortunate

Ty
9:45 It's saying 'Diver' instead of driver in text. Might have to edit that later
Should’ve made the carry case smaller, closer to palm size And it would’ve been perfect. Why is it so big??
Also, very unsightly implementation of the magnets
👍
that bass slope looks so unnatural
Brain Damage is getting quite popular!
White 🤔
Joyce is so pretty, I'm too shy to watch the video
🙏太感谢了🙏
The treble is too harsh for my tastes. 😢
