You need to do Jamaican 🇯🇲 food next. I’m in shock to see that you still haven’t tried it on your channel. Oxtail/Jerk chicken/curry goat/patties the list goes on. There’s a few halal spots in London
I have not seen a single Jamaican place which serves freshly cooked from scratch food ! All precooked and rewarmed ! If you know of one in London let me know
"chicken karahi was oil, just oil" i mean yeah, thats kinda what chicken karahi is, infact there was much less oil in there than the authentic version.
I agree Lahore villave /Taste of Lahore is indeed indisputably the best Pakistani restaurant in London. I have been there once , as a Somali arab I think it gives Pakistani food a good representation
Thanks for sharing such valuable information! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
The restaurant is Pakistani Pashtun. Been going there for years. Their food tastes amazing. Sis doesn’t realise that Karahi is literally meant to be oily.

As a pakistani the first restaurant u went to khyber pass me and my family of 7 go there so many times whenever we cann. We love it so much. The chicken karahi u were saying it's really oily it's a karahi it's meant to be oily since it's cooked on high flame. We have went to many pakistani restaurant in London and this one is the best one. Their meat karahi and Chaplin kebabs are th besttt and we haven't liked any other meat kanyhi as much as their anywhere else. So I guess it just depends on taste.

The first place id avoid whenever i go to restaurant I always look at the cleanliness that fish tank and these table were gross looked so dirty and the naan looked like rock hard and burnt the toilets I always go to before meal wash my hands and if its filthy I walk out make excuse but who had washing machine in bathroom 2nd place id try
You ate the chicken karahi incorrectly. You need to eat it from the dish itself and with naan. I think you pre judged them due to reviews. If you plan on reviewing food, do some research and learn how the food should be eaten
Sister learn how to eat Pakistani food bro I don't like seeing people eat the wrong way u have to eat the naan with the chicken and the kabab ughhhh but happy u enjoyed the food at least u like it
As a Pakistani married to a somali I have to say IN MY OPINION the best food in the world is somali. Even your samosas (sambusas) are better than ours. Disagree ? Compare both I can't wait to watch this. I love the somali food and culture and as you're somali please can you show us the worst and best food experiences of somali food as well
I would love to see more videos of her own culture. Like her going to somali restaurants and making somali food like she does with other foods like afghani food. I'm pakistani so I would love to learn more about somali culture
This is not true I love Somali food especially sahib in Acton (which is slowly raising their prices!) and love baris and Haniid but Pakistani food and certain karahi dishes wit the grated ginger and fresh nan slaps so we don’t have to compare and can love both
The menu looks Afghani, not Pakistani!! I think you may have got that part wrong for the first one!! I have eaten at the second one many times it's quite good but not my best!! The sweet was carrot halwa!

I've been to Afghan restaurants in London (not very many, but one in Wembley near Stonebridge Park station, and one in Hayes on the Uxbridge Road) and their 'signature' is an overly large helping of rice. One time at the Wembley place I actually had them put it in a tub for me to take home as there was too much of it, and I fried it with some eggs for breakfast next morning. Also a pet hate of mine is 'salads' consisting mostly of raw onion, which I can't eat. That salad is not too bad and actually when there was an Afghan place in Tooting, its salads were the best I've had. I wish more places would put red cabbage in the salad instead of just raw onion, cucumber, tomato and lettuce. (If you're wondering why I'm talking about Afghan, the Khyber Pass is on the Afghan/Pakistani border, so unless they've just used it as a name, the food may well be Afghan influenced rather than the usual curries.)

Lahore Village reminds me of the great soul food places in the Southeastern US. Small, unassuming, super authentic, and the second you walk in, you are hit with the smells of home cooking.
