Something really important about Echosaber is that it makes swashbuckle slow enemies without going into cooldown, this includes the procs from scepter during shield crash. This compensates the lack of slow from skipping diffusal blade
@@roxombplaysroblox8511 yes they removed that interaction, thats why it wasn't in the meta for a bit. Then with 7.36 the interaction came back lol, so now echo saber is high value with swash/aghs shield crash
Almost certain the skill build in 4:06 is incorrect considering you take the lucky shot talent at level 10 but according to this skill order you only take lucky shot at level 11. I think the skill order is 1-4-1-1 then max second after a value point in lucky shot at level 4.

So this is why I've been seeing more pango with this build. It's more difficult to manfight him now even if he's off ulti.
