This is by far the best yoga nidra in TH-cam… true though the ads are interrupting the experience. Other yoga nidra are not interrupted… there’s got to be a way to stop these ads… I’m sure not all the other channels are monetized.

I agree - it is totally disregulating and counterintuitive to the efficacy of the practice, for the SAFETY of the practice to be interrupted by ads.
