Next time when hanging pattern, center it's height at one end and tape in the center, other guy at other end do the same thing so you don't have to re adjust, it will already be perfect
I didn’t get to record this exact sign being wired up but I have another video called “ I love this job” where I wire up another individual mounted sign ! Check it out!!
Can u show what would u do when u have no roof to stand on !? Hoe to install it then !? Thank u also curious how h add the lights to the channel letters thanks for posting
Omg I need help. I bought these channel letters for my food truck and I don’t know how to install them on top of the truck. Do you have any advice on how to do that? Any videos? Thank you!
I’ve never installed a sign on a truck, but from what I’ve seen on pictures of like food trucks and stuff, you’d need a strong frame. Doesn’t look too hard ask around your nearest sign shop to see if they could help you out with permits and everything!
So some letter are screwed in individually, you’d have to take off the acrylic face and see what’s behind and how they mounted it. If the letters you are trying to remove have studs on them like in this video, you simply take a pry bar and pry it off the wall or pull it off. Easy!!
And I just have to shut of the light from that store and from the breaker and cut the wire and cap them and tape them and then how do you remove the plastics cover ? Thank you carnal I appreciate it a lot.
@@fred3370 yeah no problem jack! Just cut the the sign power from the breaker and you can go ahead and take them off no problem. You don’t have to cap the thermostat wire at all just shove it back in the wall bc it’s using low voltage it won’t do anything at all. (If it’s LED)
Sorry I just recently asked not too long ago. But it’s Stewart Signs out of Fruitville, Florida (I believe). We are actually helping out a company from Phoenix, Arizona. They contracted us to install and manufacture some signs since we are in Texas.
It seems like these guys are amateurs. They are not fastening the channel letter to the wall at all they are pin, mounting it, as if it was a non-illuminated PVC letter. These guys look like butchers to me the sign is prone to ripping off the wall from wind and weather You need to be opening up each letter and physically fastening it to the wall with a fastener example, tap con, another example, lag and shield These guys are butchers
Yo I’ve installed all types of signs multiple different ways. But as far as this sign, it was shipped from across the country and that’s how they wanted it installed. Unless there’s a tornado it’ll be fine lol
I would like to see a video of how you connect all the electrical components

I'd like to see the wiring being done. Great Job!

what city are you in?
How much would you charge for just the installation of a sign?
I’m in Dallas, Tx ! It really depends on what kind of sign it is and where you want it up , how high ? All that comes into final price
