PART 2 - 3D LED Backlit Letter Sign Tutorial: Wiring, Assembly, Layout and Installation

Due to a large response from some pictures that I posted on social media of this LED lit sign that we just made and installed with people asking for a tutorial. I have worked for the last week to put this tutorial together detailing how I designed it, programmed the toolpaths, setup the layout, wired and installed it. There was a lot of content so I had to split it into two parts. This second part covers the wiring, assembly, layout and installation of the sign.

How did you secure the plastic to the PVC?

At the 14:00 mark he threaded a nut on the stud which holds the acrylic on the letter. Hope this helps

I used White Translucent HDPE plastic
