Thanks for the review 😊 do you know if you’ll do a racket review for the victor drive10x metallic? I saw your team made a TH-cam short on it but we’re still waiting for a full review!
Very nice and informative video 🎉🎉
Is this review for the 4u or the 3u version? Thank you for the review.
Would love you to compare against the 1000z
what do you think about the stiffness and responsiveness compare to the og 800, 800 LT and 1000z? yonex specs often confuse me
Beautiful racket
I copied your NF 800 pro setup, Exbolt 65 strung at 24lbs with 20% pre stretch, 10% more than yours as suggested by my stringer. All my other rackets are mostly strung at 26lbs with 10% pre stretch. Despite the lower tension at my NF 800 pro, I felt the setup is good with my liking . Keeping the racket together with Arc 7 pro and Ax 77 pro. NF 800 pro would be my main racket now.
Please do a comparison with 1000 play
Hello Ian, would you be able to recommend me a most flexible racket according to your massive racket data? I want to do a bit of experient on the flexible rackets.
do you think it is more durable than the 1000z and the 700?
Nice and informative
what about an upgrade from the nanoray 800?
Pls make a review on the Victor DriveX10 ~~
thanks for the review 😄, anw can i get an info bout the Balance Point of the 800 pro u have?
2:16 Ah yes, a fellow Shida stan. A fellow man of culture.
Shida 🔥
I am honestly so sick of people labelling the NF700 as a beginner to intermediate racket - it’s the one that Chae/Seo won gold at the World Champs with, and is used by multiple other pros. In fact, it does a great, really great job in all areas of the court. Honestly, by the looks of it Yonex should’ve called this new racket the 700 Pro, I think the 800 name is just for marketing purposes. Also, take into consideration that the 700 is quite a bit cheaper than the 800 or 800 Pro - maybe it’s better to invest into your technique than a new racket each and every time companies come out with something new.
Seo's racket isn't for commercial market, the specs somewhere different that yonex made for him.. it's 3u weight, look for CK interview with him
@@RaffMo12 add some weight to your NF700 and you’ll be just fine. Plus look at Chae.
Seo plays with Arcsaber 11 Pro
@@swityfx6383 since when? After French open 2023?
This is the correct answer. If you have disposable income and would like a new racket, then by all means, get one. But if you think a new racket will improve your game instantly in any meaningful way, then well I have a...racket to sell you. I have played with every top end racket made for the last 10 years. There is not a single racket that anyone can definitely say that it is clearly better than any mid-range, well made racket from any other brand. Correct weight, weight distribution, appropriate stiffness, and strings matter more than any racket itself. That said, owning equipment that gives you joy, will make you enjoy the sport just a little bit more.
no drivex10 metallic full review???? 😥
How much does the racket weigh?
Diff between 800 to 800 Pro?
Review on 88d and 88s pro 3rd gen?
Looks like we both are pug parents 😂😂
does pre-stretching reduce durability of badminton strings particularly in Winter, for example BG 66 or Exbolt 65?
Yes.
1000z and this direct comparison
🔥
Please do drivex 10 m
I have the original NF800 4U. Whats the difference between the original 800 vs 800 pro? Their both stiff flex
how long do you have the nf800? is it true that they are easy to break? even with just mishits?
Good
Shida & Nami should use the 88D Pro instead, since they smash more than anybody else, but their NF700 is not giving them enough power for winning shots. Kim & Kong showed what power their 88D Pro brings. The China tomboys also showed the power of their 100ZZ.
Smash but if they can't defend well, it's not a good bargain
Can you tell me if this racket is fragile like the 1000z?
That is really a stupid question, it is a headlight racket, all head light rackets are fragile. The moment it clash with your partner's rackets it is most likely to break, depending on how bad the clash is. But then again badminton rackets aren't built to withstand clash with other rackets.
@@CrimsonCruizer Not necessarily a stupid question. Even among head light rackets there are ones that are more prone to breakage than others. NF700 and NF1000 are notorious for being extremely fragile while there are some other rackets that can withstand a lot more. I have a head light racket that I've been using for years with no cracks whatsoever despite having it clashed with other rackets countless times
Did you test the 3U or 4U ?
I whould love to know it too.
pulled 28lbs and smash~
my racket cracked not even play 2 times~
so bad :(
Nf 800 pro??
700 feels draggy due to its thick head frame. Also its shaft is more flexible
So the 1000z must also be draggy because it features thickest head frame of all nanoflare rackets.
@@Totoro88 not sure about it as i yet to try it. Maybe the 1000 use different material? I currently use nf700
Actually the 700 and 1000 is supposed to be the fastest racket in the entire yonex line up. If you feel 700 to be draggy then any other yonex racket must feel like swinging a stone to you :)@@jtboy888
What you said makes no sense. The frame thickness on 700/1000Z is in the same direction as the swing, so it does not contribute to the air drag at all. Also material doesn't matter either. Only the frame area and shape that faces the air do. Go take some physics lessons.
