    Thanks for the review 😊 do you know if you’ll do a racket review for the victor drive10x metallic? I saw your team made a TH-cam short on it but we’re still waiting for a full review!

    I copied your NF 800 pro setup, Exbolt 65 strung at 24lbs with 20% pre stretch, 10% more than yours as suggested by my stringer. All my other rackets are mostly strung at 26lbs with 10% pre stretch. Despite the lower tension at my NF 800 pro, I felt the setup is good with my liking . Keeping the racket together with Arc 7 pro and Ax 77 pro. NF 800 pro would be my main racket now.

    I am honestly so sick of people labelling the NF700 as a beginner to intermediate racket - it’s the one that Chae/Seo won gold at the World Champs with, and is used by multiple other pros. In fact, it does a great, really great job in all areas of the court. Honestly, by the looks of it Yonex should’ve called this new racket the 700 Pro, I think the 800 name is just for marketing purposes. Also, take into consideration that the 700 is quite a bit cheaper than the 800 or 800 Pro - maybe it’s better to invest into your technique than a new racket each and every time companies come out with something new.

      This is the correct answer. If you have disposable income and would like a new racket, then by all means, get one. But if you think a new racket will improve your game instantly in any meaningful way, then well I have a...racket to sell you. I have played with every top end racket made for the last 10 years. There is not a single racket that anyone can definitely say that it is clearly better than any mid-range, well made racket from any other brand. Correct weight, weight distribution, appropriate stiffness, and strings matter more than any racket itself. That said, owning equipment that gives you joy, will make you enjoy the sport just a little bit more.

    Shida & Nami should use the 88D Pro instead, since they smash more than anybody else, but their NF700 is not giving them enough power for winning shots. Kim & Kong showed what power their 88D Pro brings. The China tomboys also showed the power of their 100ZZ.

    Can you tell me if this racket is fragile like the 1000z?

    • @CrimsonCruizer
      @CrimsonCruizer 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That is really a stupid question, it is a headlight racket, all head light rackets are fragile. The moment it clash with your partner's rackets it is most likely to break, depending on how bad the clash is. But then again badminton rackets aren't built to withstand clash with other rackets.

    • @user-dm7ui6zx2u
      @user-dm7ui6zx2u 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@CrimsonCruizer Not necessarily a stupid question. Even among head light rackets there are ones that are more prone to breakage than others. NF700 and NF1000 are notorious for being extremely fragile while there are some other rackets that can withstand a lot more. I have a head light racket that I've been using for years with no cracks whatsoever despite having it clashed with other rackets countless times

    700 feels draggy due to its thick head frame. Also its shaft is more flexible

    • @Totoro88
      @Totoro88 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So the 1000z must also be draggy because it features thickest head frame of all nanoflare rackets.

    • @Totoro88
      @Totoro88 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Actually the 700 and 1000 is supposed to be the fastest racket in the entire yonex line up. If you feel 700 to be draggy then any other yonex racket must feel like swinging a stone to you :)@@jtboy888

    • @tnghiem
      @tnghiem 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      What you said makes no sense. The frame thickness on 700/1000Z is in the same direction as the swing, so it does not contribute to the air drag at all. Also material doesn't matter either. Only the frame area and shape that faces the air do. Go take some physics lessons.
