Watching your videos itself hacks my brain in a weird way to draw real well , let alone seeing you upload a sketchbook life hacks 🤯
Damn. Same thing
Same thing dude AAHAHAHAHA
Same here, damn!
Watching this rn, the sketching is amazing but I kinda wish I did get to listen to you ramble endlessly about art for an hour
I always feel much more motivated when I see your uploads. Thank you for the latest content you’ve been sharing! ❤️
Sinix just critiqued/roasted my Instagram page last night and the takeaway was that I should probably focus on drawing more since my digital painting skills outweigh my drawing skills. With that said, these videos are the perfect remedy to soak up while I start filling up my own sketchbooks. 😁
These videos have such good rewatch value. I use your sketchbook videos in the morning before my art work day. Huge boost of confidence and anxiety reliever.
I've heard artists give the advice to start a new sketchbook on the last page, or just anywhere else besides the first page. It helps dispel the fear of making a bad drawing at the beginning of a new sketchbook. I also like to have one for inks, one for graphite, etc.
whew sketchbook...good....sugoi....
I’m a simple person. I see you upload a video, and I need to click it
Med this video makes me feel hypnotized. Right when the music hits I started working xD Thanks for that :D
Med is dropping another bomb of chill sketching, love it :)
Oh my god!!! I love these types of videos but I really wish you would just talk the whole time!!!! Your little tips really help!!! Thanks!
I'm going to leave all my sketchbooks to my kids so I make sure to use archival inks and good quality paper. I doodle, leave notes and thoughts for them to discover over the course of many years if they're so inclined. Either that or they'll throw them out.
I have a few slowly going sketchbooks, each has a role or assigned media. For some reason it soothes me, i would feel like i have so many of them idk what to do with them. When going through a finished sketchbook they feel more or less solid in theme too.
I just ALDORE those videos, its like having someone to sketch with and having a chill music to support that! Also missed those café drawing nowadays :(
Love watching your videos. The atmosphere is so comfortable and gives me a lot of motivation. I'm glad that you post more videos lately
Lol you might not believe me but you make the best art videos on yt
Thank you ahmed for this video! I started getting back to sketching and it feels soooo freeing compared to the digital workspace (where the need to create clean and finished products is ever so present). Thank you for the reminder that my sketchbook is where my artistic soul can take a poop at.
So I see you in ads now the only adds I never skip.
I love draw and do my things while I see you working. it's cool man, it's like a visual podcast x)
I never had this "sketchbook fear" that you're describing and that I hear lots of people have (ruining the paper etc). I've been filling sketchbooks one after another since I'm 12 and I'm glad I did! (my mum got the first ones for me from the art supply store)
I even paint in my sketchbooks. honestly I have way more problems to sit down and do a "real, finished, portfolio piece".
the only ruined sketchbook is a forever empty one!
A really lush journey, thank you for that
Tnx for uploading. Learned alot from watching you sketch.
can we pls have more sketchbook tours :D I love you're sketchbooks also would love to see a book from you sometime in the future. this sketchbook dive vids are awesome i really appreciate the videos thanks for making them.
yesssss love these hour long videos thank u for feeding ur subs
Totally was going to draw along with your sketching but that ambient music/nature sounds vid is too good.
What's really freeing is buying a huge ream of printer paper and just grabbing a sheet and drawing on it. I date each one and then throw it in a binder and that's my sketchbook. I'll also buy "expensive" sketchbooks for cheap with the coupons michael's always puts out. I work mostly in ink so it works on pretty much any paper but I'll also use copic markers, sometimes crayons. I like the look of mixed media and sometimes try to make a whole sketchbook page look aesthetically pleasing with multiple drawings on it.
loving this ! huge thumbs up from a fellow artist admiring your skill!
glad i can watch u doodle homes
Beautiful delicate line work and real sensitivity in your choice of shapes.
I would like to know if your line work and shape language is inspired by any of the great masters of the past?
As a guy named Tyler once said, "just let go" and then the car crashed
Very POG :)
Love the video's Mr Aldoori!
I've been wanting to insert more colour into my own sketchbooks. Flicking threw mine, it's all pen or pencil (which i do love). But it would be nice to know what easy transporting options there are. I usually draw during my lunch break at work (as i generally use digital at home), so getting paints out for 20-30mins seems a bit of a pain. I'm gonna bring some coloured pencils in tomorrow =)
really like these videos, I would even like it if it was just like an hour of rambling. You have a good voice like adam duff and your views are very well considered. Especially these days its usefull with more limited social contact. I like to listen to other artists meditations....its very authentic stuff. Very different from the things where people just blast out some offensive opinion meant to draw in views.
Ty

Art is the progress to fuck up and in the next step try to not fuck up. - Quote by myself😇
Were you using refs the entire time or imagination? Both?
Just saying Hello
Hv a nice day : )
What do you use for smudging?
The eraser part of the sumo grip pencil
