Second one is better I believe. It went into more depth in a way, and I loved Deputy So and So's dedication. Also, it wasn't as dark and could see more of what was going on. Both were good though.
I like you theory but it has some flaws. The kids don't summon Bughuul necessarily. The first movie, explains a family will move into the house of the previous murder and when they get scared, they move to another house, where the murder will happen. The next family will find the tapes then and start all over. But the ritual may not start again right away, as we see time gaps in between tapes. Also the children seem afraid of Bughuul. They run away when he comes to take Ashley.
The guy didn't even watch the movie and payed attention to it. I'm honestly trully pissed off that a guy would do such a thing about it, since he basically ignored EVERYTHING and ANYTHING the movie explain about Bughuul. If that's what it takes to make an youtube channel and have a lot of viewers and subscribers, then Reviews for movies can all go to trash.
@@Mirphise Which still takes off everything the movie says itself about Bughuul. Elizabeth Lee they also got all that information from scraps of ancient stories. If a village had a kid murder all of their family, then the kid disappears and they found out a spirit or god took the kid away, they would probably assume it wasn’t for a good thing, or they would say it ended badly to keep other kids from trying to call the spirit for themselves.
My biggest hang up with movies like this is if this demon character exists then there has to be Angels. One cannot exist without the other. So for me, I’m not entertained when Evil basically gets to walk the earth and has no one to combat it.
I like the theory a lot! I have to rewatch the movie with all this in mind but I'm having a hard time believing that the kids want to go to the extreme of killing their family. Still, I think your vids are awesome!

as a child who grew up abused and such I actually appreciate this and can attest to the probablity of this theory. something always felt off with the families when I watched this and I never liked how the children protagonists were treated, as someone with complex ptsd stemming from said abuse, the fact he had night terrors was a wake up call to me in the first movvie this child did not fare a happy life.

That seems like a stretch. Yes, the children were probably easier to corrupt because of the negligence of the parents, but to say that they didn't seem afraid of Bugul is completely wrong, as you see in both movies. When they see Bagul they run away.
Also fun fact about the sinister horror movie character of bughuul specifically in the end of the first movie when he picks up the girl and walks away with her in his arms he is kinda carrying her like how a father figure would carry his children to bed when it's time for them to go to bed he would later sit her down gently and tucking her into bed after giving her a hug goodnight and she falls asleep

Wow I am fascinated about your thoughts! I really think about it. And it is true for me. You gave me really nice possible answers. It is a compßletly different view on things! It has not to be like it looks at first sight.
Came from a abusive family myself i learned to fight to protect myself if they ever found me. I am a dad now myself. Having a son i had biologically and a daughter i took in after ex died from liver failure and her dad rejecting her. I wanted both my son and the adopted daughter to have what i felt i was denied being loved. Also reason i took my daughter in it was a different direction but i worried if i hadnt would of pushed her down a dark path i had to avoid. Ask me the dark realm Baghul takes them to is likely the same darkness i avoided myself and was able to save Kenadee from. As a child myself my own birth dad tried to kill me still got the scar over my left eye. I think the dark entity requires a soul that gave them self to the darkness else they cant travel to his realm this they need to kill their own family. Reason the child in second one died their soul wasnt dark enough by failing in killing his whole family. Thus in that realm his body broke down faster then the other kids.
In order to go with buhgull they have to give him a sacrifice so they have to kill there family he basically tricks them into thinking they will live in paradise! He's not saving or helping them it is a interesting take but in the 2nd film once he fails he takes his soul You see how scared they are they know if they do buhgulls work nothing bad will happen they know if they don't then something bad will happen to them! In each movie the kids are always scared of him that's why they don't want to fail him!
Damn this theory is probably The absolute best of many explanations I have seen.. Plus I was wondering about the older demon 👹 brother. Although the children seem ultimately afraid in the 2nd movie of Bahgool.. As they frantically state "watch the films or you will make him mad"!!
Wow now THIS gives it a whole new twist. It makes sense honestly. A lot more sense than the second movie made of it. One thing.....maybe he takes their souls so his brother can't trace them anymore. ...like your soul is a gps chip @nd he "removes it" so his brother can't find them
Yea but at the end of the 1st movie right before the girl was taken by Bagul, the other kids got scared and ran away when they saw him.. Even in the 2nd movie when the camcorder broke, the kids looked scared and 1 said "we can't come back now" (whatever that meant).
This reminds of the Exorcist theory or Ragan being aduses by the director, so she summons Pazuzu who does have some mythos of protecting children from another god.
Malak? That was Bughuul's brother? Funny how a game Dark Deception also have a demon character(who do somehow looked like Bughuul, with mouth) named Malak as well.
