I always include the Israeli bandage, and tourniquet an essential, must-have trauma kit. At one time no first aid courses in the UK recommended the use of a Tourniquet, but then I did a Rescue Diver course which stated if in a remote location x miles offshore and had e.g a nasty shark bite unless you applied a tourniquet the patient would die. Now always carry a tourniquet alongside the Israeli bandage. That blood clotting powder though is so expensive. You might want to throw in a tick remover key, which won't take any more space, and an emergency foil blanket to treat hypothermia. I know you don't have snakes in NZ but a compression bandage is also good for sprained ankles. I like that quick-use trauma pouch for when it hits the fan, a great little design. I like these little kit reviews, nice work Rogee.

Never tried it but was told by ex Malaysian military that tobacco can also help clot formation. Unsure of pharmacokinetics and have only used celiac and wuickclot but yer if ur desperate I guess it’s better than nothing aye

      Hey bro !
Love the work ! Keep it up ! Love watching your trips !
Just got my license, and wondering in your opinion, what would be a good first rifle to get and calibre?
      Cheers

Important topic many forget, here in Sweden when we hunt boar and alike in driven hunt with dogs we are more prone to injuries on both man and dog.
