- Doing another drive from Subic Freeport towards Pozorrubio via the SCTEX - TPLEX. Along the road we can see another new expressway being made - the Central Luzon Link Expressway CLLEX and a new exit perhaps (Clark Global City) expressway. Hate those insects dying on the windshield... Happy holidays!

The annoying insects are called "gamu gamo". You are right about the SCTEx new exit by Bamban Tarlac - that is for Clark Global City. Looks like hindi pa tuloy widening of SFEx to 2x2. Pilosopo ang BCDA they want to build their own expwy from the area before the tunnel to end somewhere going to Anvaya. Kaso hindi ma approve ng NEDA o DPWH yata.

Di malayo mangyari na subukan mo yung Asin-Tuba road papuntang baguio since accessible na siya. Maganda yun madaanan baka malaki nabago dun sa kalsada lalo sa mountain part. Makikita mo din dun yung asin tunnel na tatagos ka sa bundok.

Yung construction sa Tarlac City exit interchange mukhang widening ng Tarlac Sta. Rosa highway at siguro baka reconfigure - gawin siyang clover leaf or widen exit lanes. Hindi pa siguro yan ang CLLEx or Central Luzon Link Expwy going to Cabanatuan. Kasi ang location ng toll plaza ng CLLEx is North East of SCTEx - before the Tarlac City SCTEx main toll plaza. That will be a spur expressway - very wide yan - like the Balagtas or Taban or Balem NLEx-SLEx interchange. Hula ko lang, Dim. Kasi medyo big news yan CLLEx para kay Secy Villar. I don't remember kung nag ground breaking na at nag RROW acquisition ang DPWH. Kasi plano dyan DPWH ang gagawa - so bidding yan by Government Appropriation. Ang BOT or PPP diyan ay ang Ops and Maintenance - mag bid diyan ang Metro Pac tollways, San Miguel Infra, at siguro may mga iba pa na intersado sa infra.

O tama ang sinabi ni Dim Valencia na yung improvements sa interchange ng SCTEx at Tarlac Sta. Rosa Highway ang magiging interchange na rin ng CLLEx at SCTEx? Salamat. Matutuwa ang mga biyahe ng mga Novo Ecijano at dapat pati rin yung mga papunta sa mga resorts sa Baler, Aurora at pati na rin sana yung mga 22 wheeler na trailer na nagdadala ng pagkain at bigas sa Cagayan Valley.
