It's super interesting to learn about the behind the scene, it helps connect the dots between team structure, decisions and end-user implications.
As a heavy user of Notion, I resonate with performance being a problem, but mostly on desktop.
On mobile, the main challenge I have experienced is the amount of bugs. I try to use the mobile app as rarely as possible because I usually need to have 2-4 open tab, so mobile Chrome is my only option. Performance isn't great, ok maybe, but it didn't feel as important compared to the reliability of being able to make changes (bugs).

Is it released yet? Because when I use notion in ipad and in android tab UX is very different in android than ipad. Seems like dedicated app for ipad but in android it seems like just android app scaled out the UI.

Do you guy test the web version? The UX on the web app made me want to return to Jira. Which is a shame as the core is otherwise strong (good markdown editor, AI features which are actually useful, issue tracker + wiki in one). However all of that is killed by the fake modal window hell on web.
