Very interesting technical insights (like the ones I try to convey in our interviews and not always succeed).

Can you actually be considered a “startup” after 11 years.

They aren't a tech startup. They could be considered a holding company of tech startups though

Evernote is aweful. They are screwing over their customers. Soooo soo so so so not worth it. I use to tell everyone about it - now I tell everyone to stay away.

@@llicit1833 I am currently using it as I migrate all my notes off of it. What's not mentioned in this podcast is the #1 question on reddit about Evernote is "how can I move my notes off of Evernote" - people are leaving in mass numbers. I'm using the chance to re-organize all my notes - so for me it's not a one step process. But yes, Evernot is a bad company - and they should be ashamed at how they are treating their customers. I know if I was to do it over again, I would never pick them. Hindsight is 20/20.

It has been improving a lot recently. Perhaps give it a try again

@@llicit1833 No - it's worse -the company is WAY WORSE at milking their customers.

@@llicit1833 No it hasn't and the company is trying to "MILK" money out of it's uses - you are 100% wrong.

Evernote has been absolute garbage under previous management. Hopefully Bending Spoons will return it to a previous glory. I, on the other part will never go back to it again.

Computer Associates, later known as CA Technologies seems to have followed the same business model and practices.
