      Sir wala po bang formula kung paano makukuha ang FLA ng isang electric motor...?

      @@marlon6254 Meron po naman Sir na formula sa pagkuha ng FLA ng isang electric motor. Pero pag AC hindi mo po pweding gamitin ang mechanical HP para sa pag compute ng FLA kung halimbawa hindi nakaindcate sa rating doon sa unit po.

      I=Hp×746/√3×V×Eff×Pf
      I=Kw×746/√3×V×Eff×Pf
      Single phase Ac motor Computation to find ampere
      I=Hp×746/V×Eff×Pf
      I=Kw×1000/V*Eff×Pf
      To find Ampere in Wye (FLA)
      Pag nakuha mo na yung Ampere ng Delta. FLA of Delta÷√3=FLA of Wye

      Kasi nasa example 1.5 HP.
      Same lang din po ba ang gagamiting 175% - 225% De Rating kahit gaano kataas ang Horse Power ng Aircon? :)

    I encourage sa mga viewer na kahit may tutorial na katulad nitoo hindi ibig sabihin na pwde na tayong mag fix, gumawa at mag-install require ang proper training at schooling para maging safe ang gingawa natin at lehitimong elektrisyan lamang ang may kakayahan na gaing ang mga electrikal related works.
    Dapat parin tayo komunsulta sa mga lisensyadong elektrisyan para maging ligtas at maprotektehan ang ating pamilya at gamit sa maaring panganib sa dulot patungkol sa mga kuryente.

    NIce Sir. Konting trivia lang ako Sir, FLC is from code and FLA is from rating of a certain electric motor. As my own term lang po ito para madali ko syang matandaan FLC = Full Load Code, FLA = Full Load Actual.

      FLC & FLA is the same , there is no such thing as Full Load Code & Full Load Actual

      FLA is for overload
      FLC is for Conductor size and cb ampacity
      FLC is from code book and FLA is from actual nameplate of the motor

    correction sir, kung nag increase ka ng 175-225% ibig sabihin multiplier un at hindi derating factor. kc ang derating ibig sabihin binawasan mo from it’s original value. #my2cents

      Oo satingin ko rin multiplier sya :) ..Kasi yung derating factor parang sa conductor ata yun.. For example kapag summer ..mainit ang temperature nag exceed 30°C ibig sabihin magdederate din ampacity ng wire ..

      Jun Aux TV tingin ko nga mali ang term na nagamit mo. Tama si Abu Gab sa kanyang nabanggit. Ito ba ay nkita o nabasa mo sa PEC? Kung ganun, mali ang pagkakasulat ng PEC at dpat ipagbigay alam mo sa tech'l committee nila para ma-revise nila ang wordings.

    sir walang problema ang explaination mo actually galing narin sayo na nagpatulong kpa sa mga ingineers para maiparating ng maayos ang kaalaman so palagay ko ang nagsabi sayo na magulo ay wala lang talaga interest na matuto or gusto ay actual lang ang itututro mo keep it up may kagaya ko parin na nanonood at nagtitiwala sayo

    Sir my tanung ako pwd. Magdagdag kc kami ng 6 acu. Ang 5.tag 2.3hp. Ang 1 1.5hp. Ok lang ba gagawa ako ng sub panel? Ang main ko ay 100 tapoa sa isang acu tag 20ampers xa. Din 3.5 nga wire ang gagamitin. Ok lang ba yan sir?

      Suggestio lang po ah.... Sa 1.5hp acu 10amp Po..... 5.5 thhn or thwn wire size tapos grounding natin 3.5 .....and 30 amp breaker ...
      Ganun din po sa 2.3hp......sa 6branch.... 60amp main breaker nyo #6 as 14mm service intrance wire ....corretion nalang po if my mali .....

      para sa mga malalaking motor yan.. tama yan.. example nyan fire pump na 50hp, 3phase. ... ma lalaki talaga ang starting currents nun.. 600% ginagamit sa computation nun at fire rated cables gamitin.

    Gusto ko tong video mo ngayon sir kasi supported na ng code ang mga nilelecture mo.
    Kung hindi naman makakaabuso sa inyo, pwede po ba next time gumamit ka ng index card. Para maganda yung sequence at maging direct to the point ang lecture mo.
    Yung sinasabi ng iba magulo ka magpaliwanag, hindi totoo yun.
    Nakakahilo ka lang magpaliwanag kasi may mga pinapasok ka sa lecture na hindi kailangan sa topic. Hehe

    Hi sir Jun very interesting yung naging topic nyo. Hindi po ako electrical pero itatanong ko lang po sa conductor sizing kung ikinonsidera ba sa 125% de-rating factor yung tinatawag nila voltage drop halimbawa ang tapping from the source nasa 10 meters ang layo. My mga data po ba kayo ng mga std.breaker selection. Thanks.

    Sir salamat sa yo may natutunan ako. Sa 2 hp po. Pwede ba ang no. 12 thhn bago ang breaker nya 30 amp. Or pwede ba na no.10 thhn ang gagamitin ko tapos 30 amperes din ang breaker. Salamat sa magiging tugon nyo.

    pag ginawa mong #12 o 3.5mm ang wire na gagamitin at 20 0 30amperes ang gagamitin mo , oo hindi nga masusunog ang bahay o safety nga ang electrical sa bahay mo pero ang aircon unit ang masisira dahil sigurado hindi agad mag ti triiped agad ang aircon unless umabot ng 30amperes ang ang overload,dapat 15amperes lang para mag tripped agad in case mag overload para hindi masira ang electrical parts o mechanical parts o components ng aircon.

      Ang purpose po ng breaker sir kung bakit meron breaker bawat circuit is to protect sa wire na gagamitin mo from overload... regarding sa protection nmn po ng aircon or any appliances meron na po mismo yan sir sa unit mismo..

      Palagay ko po parehas po kayong tama mga sirs, kapag naglinya po tayo ang binibigyan natin ng proteksiyon ay ang wire natin para sa overload, yung aircon naman malamang kaysa hindi may built-in proteksiyon po sa loob o nilalagyan natin or pinalalagyan ng installer ng 15 ampere circuit breaker protection ang unit. Madalas nasa tabi po ng unit ang pina-iinstall na 15 ampere cb dahil hindi lang proteksiyon sa unit, ito ay proteksiyon din sa worker na magtatarabaho in case na magka problema dahil nasa tabi niya ang cb na nagsisilbing disconnection switch.

    Ang nagsabing magulo sir sila yon ginugulo nila ang isip nila.
    Hindi nila iniisip na sila walang naibigay na kaalaman baka kong may kaalaman nila sinasarili nila kasi madamot sila hindi kagaya mo na nagsishare ka ng iyong kaalaman sa iba.
    Dapat sila pasasalamat kahit nagulohan sila.
    Patuloy sir sa mabuti mong gawain.

    Sir... Kaya pwede ang 20 amps Dahil ang Sabi 175.% to 225 %... So pwede MO multiply ang FLC 175 to 225% basta wag Lang baba at lalagpas Dyan... Pwede 180 200 2010% etc multiply sa FLC... Ex: FLCx200% = 10a x 2 = 20 so u can use 20amp
