For a foreigner like Sifu Hisham to be accepted in those days was no easy path. He's had a good adventure and learning from him would be awesome. As ADHD demonstrates as a lack of ability to focus. The practice of Qigong and virtually any of the martial disciplines revolve around ones ability to focus. Therefore the teaching these disciplines seems a very natural path towards alleviation of the disorder.

Yes, but the person who made the original quote wasn't God. His quote is not truth handed down from the heavens. It was the opinion of a man. Perhaps a very good and educated one. But still an opinion. One view. The first part of the saying is another. If one chooses to prefer that meaning over the other.

Thank you very much, I just came from training, Satria (Pendjat Silat) I really like it a lot, but I also like a lot of martial arts... I looked at your website, but not if it's good to mix styles, what's more, I don't know if it would be right to do it, I would have to consult with my teacher. Before it was impossible to access these things in my country, now I would spend all day learning styles, medicine, philosophy, spirituality... although I think that a large part of the way is done, burning and resuscitating, I think that is the ultimate goal of martial arts. Thank you very much for preserving all this legacy, I will talk to my teacher, I really love Satria, and I will continue until the end, but I have to say that I like the vast majority of Eastern martial arts. Thanks again. Amituofo 🙏🔥🦋

I totally agree. Having practiced Tai Ji Chuan for 3 decades, I can tell you I would die just doing the slow form 🤣. My school has the fast form created by my Master's grandfather Tung Ying Chieh, and the family form slow and fast. Also the weapons, which was my favorite practice. You need to get vigorous practice as well as calm practice. Yin and Yang.
