Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan · 江玉山 belongs to the 33. Generation of Shaolin and was rewarded with the 9th Duan in Chinese kung fu due to his ability in internal kung fu. Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan is an advanced practitioner of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, cupping therapy, traditional massage and other Asian health practices. What is Shaolin Damo Chan Gong?

The word "Chan" is the abbreviation of and old term "Jhana,"think of cultivation", this line of thought has cultivation by practice and thinking as its meaning. The One who practices Chan has no characteristics (laksana), has stillness, maintained inside, belonging to yin (Chan is sometimes translated as dhyana, or prolonged and intense contemplation)
The word "Gong" as in"wugong", is a symbol which specifically means to move the body related to martial arts. The meaning is to cause the body to be tempered. The gong has form, movement, it is in the outer and belongs to the category of yang.
"Chan Gong" takes lacking characteristics alone as stillness, that stillness has form and stature with movement the appearance and characteristics melt away. In the center of the stillness of Chan there is exploration, it causes the body to enter , instantaneously and bursting, a powerful energy beating regularly at the boundary, in the middle of that beat of energy you enter stillness, causing the body’s stature to enter, the Chan fist returns, true wondrous emptiness has emptiness in between.
The Western Heavens Mahayana Chan Gong is divided into three phases: the first phase warms-up the body and are positioning movements, the middle phase is the formal exercise methods, and the last stage is adjust the breath and preparation for meditation after the exercises.

I have been thinking about our lesson. The dirt that you spoke about is not honest dirt from play or even from work. That kind of dirt will wash off. It is the stain we put on our body our temple from taking outside substances, there are a number of temptations. It is also the words we share. Something harsh that is said or done to us that causes imbalance in our daily walk. It is also the way we treat others, our words, actions and deeds reflect back on us, our parents, our teachers and our country. Culture change is hard. I apologize if my letter seemed flip. The lesson was much deeper than just surface dirt. The word use is appropriate. The message is not just for me - though it applies - I hear the words it takes time for me to process the underlying meaning. It takes even longer and strong will to implement change.
Many others are working the same issue from different directions - we come together when those around us benefit from our experience and when we share, light the way. Thank you Gentlemen for adding some light to our path.
I also heard you say. "Learn to sip." Sage advice.
When I grow up I would like to be able to say so much with so few words. It is a gift. There are multiple viewers, same message, different relevance to each life. Pull back the vail and see the truth in the words. The heart, center, meaning of the message. Essence. It is very much like planting a seed. Inside this tiny pod, that is us, is life.

Grand Master is beast I think
In death we are refined down to the microbe and particle level as we dissipate, I think the goal of life in the living is to control the flow of the large energy you contain and grow it through practice

what dirt we are talking about and how does it influence us and how far these exercises are able to eliminate this dirt(30%? or 35%?)..... definitely to discipline the body is important practice in each religion on the way to find our true self.......intuitively I feel that these exercises (if done properly) can untangle certain blockages(physical and also spiritual),but to continue in proper direction the original center and source of harmony and love need to be recognized (discovered).......
I have practiced Yoga from the age of eight, Taoism from 17 and Kung Fu from 18 with much daily meditation and practice. I have worked on myself the whole time. I have done the things you talk about but I am mostly self taught. I have not herd of The 12 exercises or tamothangama by those names. What are they? One of the first things I learned was the Yi Jin Jing but did not know that name went with it for twenty years. When I was 18 I spared with black belts and dreamed lessons by masters of different arts and one time a mantis. 19 I spared with second degree black belts and dreamed lessons by masters of different arts as well as remembering moves from past lives. 21 I was called master by masters and grand-masters and told to teach. 25 I was called grand-master by masters and grand-masters and told to teach. 35 had a breakthrough and came up with an easier way to train stance and other basics into students so that my students see the errors of grand-masters and move better than twenty year Tai Chi instructors after two years. I am a teacher and my students call me Sifu. Have had a hard time getting students and they are not serious and do not pay. I am not so good. I am just a beginner, and my students do not get to the kicking part. I am 60 and have no students. There have been those that said they would help me but they did not. Family has held me back. I was a passenger in a car hit by a drunk driver in 1999 wile we were stopped. The policeman said they slowed from 95 when they entered the school zone to 75 before the truck hit the car. (hit and run) The hospital said I should be dead and credited my Yoga and Kung Fu with me being alive. I was not supposed to live to be 18. I do not know why I am telling you al this. I call my style Chi P'ing Tao.

打开你的心，你的心可以连接到源头，而源头也就是虚无，是无的世界也是所有宇宙的来源万事万物的来源，而源头在宇宙之外。我们都是源头神圣的表达，化身我们都是无限的灵魂暂时进入人类物质肉身进行体验，肉身不是我们的本质，我们的本质是光与爱。任何人或者生命如果她他还有喜欢玩游戏的欲望就无法离开幻境离开这个宇宙 或者其他宇宙，因为这里是有的世界，而我们来自虚无，无的世界。你所需要的一切答案都在你之内，不用外求。外面很多所谓的灵性大师他们有很多都是黑暗宇宙的代表或者和黑暗灵魂签了灵魂契约，要么就是为了这一世的成功出门而出卖自己的灵魂或者交出自己的灵魂碎片。这是得不偿失的因为这一世先通过用完之后就会成为黑暗的奴隶。而那些虚假的灵性大师他们可能会帮你觉醒到一定层次但是所达到的层次一点是还是属于他们可以掌控你的范围，但是每个生命都是源头的能量，都是无限的，没有谁高谁低。只有喜欢玩黑暗游戏的生命才会告诉你我是你的神，我创造了你我创造了宇宙，你必须要听我的话不听我的话就让你下地狱，这些都是魔只是大魔小魔的区别他们不一定看上去很可怕，任何生命或者人类只要频率达到与之相匹配就可以立刻成魔成妖。如果所有的生命都不陪他们玩这个游戏了他们就无法在做老大了，他们就是喜欢这些高低黑白对与错的游戏，作为一个自由的灵魂，我们应该可以自由的来地球体验或者去其他的星球不维度空间的体验，等我们不想体验了用不着等肉身死亡我们就可以立刻飞走，去往任何我们想去的地方。但是你也看到了自从亚特兰提斯后黑暗势力侵入地球人类的最高版本DNA已经被他们调降低到最低的版本所以我们才会有生老病死高矮胖瘦等等同样灵魂再也无法自由的出入肉身，感觉特别限制。但是无所谓只要你每天静心向内求，打开你的心光，你的心轮心轮在你的胸口，虽然我们下来这个幻境但是每个人的心都是可以连接到源头的，首先连接你的灵魂，请求你的灵魂连接到源头的光通过这个宇宙最明亮处再通过这个银河系中心然后从顶轮进入你的全身直到地球之心，然后观想这白光不断扩散到整个身体两米之外形成一个巨大的白色光球把你照在里面，然后每天不断的练习让源头的光不断洗刷不断扫描全身，慢慢的你的全身都会充满光，随着光的进入你内在的黑暗会慢慢排出来知道你彻底转化成为光，源头拥有所有的智慧只要你坚持你就可以通过源头连接到源源不绝的智慧，但是一个人能下载到多少智慧这取决于自身的频率，频率越高得到的智慧越多。那些黑暗生命想要奴役其他生命或者为了金钱和物质去得到技术或者智慧，那是不可能得到比他们自身更高的智慧的，这就是为何到现在人类都无法建造UFO飞出太阳系的原因。能连接到宇宙更高智慧和技术的都是内在对万物尊重和充满无条件的爱并且不求回报为所有生命付出的生命才可以里连接到更高智慧。但是你看人类现在还是很多人在杀生所以这样的行为是无法拥有先进的科技的，如果让这样的频率生命拥有高科技那对于宇宙和其他生命来说是灾难。你无需任何人任何书籍，只需静心向内探求你会得到你所需要的一切的答案。做真正的自己体验你想来地球体验的生活我们来这里不是为了听别人的或者成为什么宗教什么神的奴仆而是听从自己的内心，然后创造出对地球和人类美好的东西来服务与集体与宇宙共舞。地球的未来是美好的三维以及即将灭亡，取而代之的是第五维度的高等文明，所有不予新地球匹配的生命不管他她是谁都会离开这个星球，去往他们与之匹配的其他星球再次体验和没有完成功课。凡是留下来的人都是开悟的大师地球将会回归原来的天堂蓝图，你只需要专注自己，我们任何人都无法帮助或者拯救别人，因为他们不喜欢和平友爱，这就是为何佛陀和所有过往的大师都来过地球了也说了该说的真理与智慧但是地球到今天还是这样子，只是过去一直都在给机会让每一个生命改变自己但是现在世界快到了，因为整个宇宙都在等地球而地球母亲也不再愿意让人类继续糟蹋她，很多在地球转世很多次的灵魂们也不愿意在等所以时间到了，在黎明到来之间人类会经历一个最黑暗的时期，但是如果你不在三维度不不会受到任何影响。维度不是地球而是意识状态。

Do you ever encounter something or somebody who constantly creates conflict over dominance of ideals or values? For example if a Buddhist elder or master is trying to teach Buddhist traditions, and another sentient being disrupts to contradict what the master wishes to teach, in effort to assert their ways as those of a Supreme deity or highest being? Not my goal or intention, something I encounter regularly.

@@joeholland7459 Yes good understanding and you know that God decides who wins the fight. That's why you have the courage to throw a punch against a mma fighter on the street diving on your feets to choke you out. Because you know a punch can knock him out and you know God is on brave men's side. And you as a fighter with the soul of a warrior inside your body through your life, have the obligation to have that civil courage to throw that punch to protect that life of the body you as a soul is using. Equal to protecting other souls bodies around you. Your body is the same life as there bodies and goes under your souls protection the way you use it. The body is the child of God and the soul is your life which protects the child of God.
But maybe his head will be so low when he dive that you won't stand a chance to hit him or knock him out.
Then your body will be in the devils claws choking it's life out.
That's why you pray for protection from God to save you from these evildoers and live in shame with the knowing that you could easily knock him out in a stand up fight. But are chanceless in a ground fight.
Like a child in an adults playground doing what he wants with you.
And all those years of training and fighting in stand up fights are for naught and a complete waste of time compared to the one mastering the fights on the ground.
