Shocking how standard Koopa Troopas made almost NO appearances throughout this entire cartoon when they made up the majority of Bowser's troops in the Super Show. My theory is they all either got upgraded to Hammer, Boomerang, and Sledge Brothers or they all somehow simultaneously died and became Dry Bones Koopas.
yea I’ve always wondered what happened to mouser, triclyde & fry guy cause it’s terrible how they didn’t appear in super Mario 3 but Imagine if they did, it would’ve been badass uniting with the koopalings & have king koopa decide what task he has for them as a boss
@@vell9629that's because those guys are from the American version of Super Mario Bros 2 which is really just a modified version of Doki Doki Panic so they weren't canon enemies until later.
I'm kind of impressed how many different enemies appeared in the cartoon. There's only maybe a few that didn't make it in like Buster Beetle and Stretch.
Its unusual to see some of those enemy designs in the show Monty moles having shells, the Bob-ombs having arms, the Dry Bones having this somewhat realism feel... ETC
I actually absolutely love this scene because there’s so many cartoons where the characters would put on a disguise and the bad guys would completely fall for it but nope the Sledge bro just immediately sees through it and they get found out I just find it funny

But you gotta admit, except for the Pirahna Plants, Koopa Troopas and Lakitu, they definitely kept the drawing style of the Super Show pretty well.

Tbf, Bob-Ombs had arms in their Mario Bros 2 art
Actually the "Monty Moles" are Rocky Wrenches when they used to have a shell on their backs. Also Dry Bones design is based on the official artwork.
